I only have good things to say about this place. I was so happy when my friend took me here for a gel mani, and pedi. It’s very hard for me to find a decent nail salon in Syracuse that 1) isn’t overpriced, 2) the people are nice and 3) is a clean establishment.
Cicero Nails you are all 3 and more! The staff is super sweet, they take care of your from the second you step inside. The place is spotless, and well-​maintained. They have all the latest from OPI gel, shellac, and even this new powder polish. They have membership cards, which I love for customers who come in regularly. The best part is the massage they give you as your nails are drying!

I am new to the area, went here 3 times for nails and once for a wax. All services were performed by the owner, Tina. First nail experience was great, second was ok and third was not good. Nails were brittle and and had rough corners/​edges that caught on everything and then would crack. Got a Brazilian wax here one time and was very unhappy. Charged as much as I am used to paying in San Diego but the quality of work was not nearly as good. Whole areas of missed hair — had to go home and shave. Will not be returning. Two stars given b/​c there is a nice little shoulder massage at the end and the employees are all very nice and try to be helpful.

Great spot! Lots of attention from your nail tech and massages every step of the way! Their $ 50 special for a pedicure and gel manicure is right up my alley because those are my two main services when I go to a nail salon! Very happy to have found a solid nail salon on just my second try (recently moved to Syracuse). Thanks to Unilocal,no need to go to another place for me!

I absolutely love this place. They always go above and beyond to make their costumes happy, so I always end up tipping extra. One night I had a nail emergency and was coming from out of town bc I went on a college tour and I really needed my nails done, so I had called them an hour before close to see if they could squeeze me in and they did! They stayed open an hour and 40 minutes later then when they were supposed to close and they still took their time to do my nails and make sure I was satisfied with them. Tina the nail tech is really amazing at what she does and never fails to impress me. I can’t remember the male nail techs name but he is always amazing too. He usually does my designs for me though.

Came here with a friend when she was home from Georgia. Walked right in and was served right away. We both got gel manicures. Prices were acceptable and the service was amazing. Staff was incredibly friendly and conversed with the customers.

Best nail salon I have ever been to. So impressed, they take their time to make your nails perfect and don’t make you feel rushed. I am so glad I found this place right in my town! You definitely have to go! Prices are extremely reasonable too especially for such good service! There is nothing worse then spending your hard earned money and leaving a salon dissatisfied with the outcome at other nail salons. I could not be more pleased with Cicero Nails! :) :) :)

Best value for your money. I consistently go for gel manicures. They are very careful not to let any polish pool up near your cuticles. This has happened at so many other nail places and it looks terrible when they start to grow out. I have never once had this problem with Cicero Nail Spa. They also give you a little back massage with is a nice treat. Good pedicures too, you can get a pedi and gel mani for just $ 50. Again, I am always pleased with their work, regardless of the technician who did my nails. Thanks!

This is the best nail salon I have ever been to. I was in town from Austin visiting family and came here as it was conveniently located. Extremely clean, friendly staff, and great work! So much is included, yet prices are low. I will recommend this salon to everyone!
