I’m sad to see this place is only rated 3 stars. I have been bringing my dog here for the past 7 year. Marianne is so sweet and always takes great care of my dog. The prices are reasonable. I have a Maltese poodle and his fur can get pretty fluffy and during the summer I have them cut it all off. For a bath, nails, ears, anal glands, and full hair cut its only $ 40. They always seem busy, but it only take a couple hours to get my dog in and out. My dog is a crier and won’t stop crying till I get there, but even then they are so sweet to him and always care for him with the highest professionalism and quality, as if one of their own. I always recommend this place to people. It’s easy to make an appointment and you will be satisfied with the customer service, quality, and pricing.

My three dogs have been going to this groomer for about 2 years now. My dogs actually like coming here. One of them and I have a very unhealthy co-​dependent relationship and even she is fine coming here. The folks working here are kind of hippie-​ish and friendly. My dogs always look fab after their visit. Prices are also very reasonable.

These ladies are so cute! The service is extremely affordable! We have only done baths with my Great Pyrenees (with trim and nails) and bath & nails for our chihuahuas, so I cant vouch for full grooming and shaving. However they are always friendly and sweet to the dogs and very low cost. The place is not glamorous, but does the trick. I recommend!

DO NOT take your dogs here! First visit was ok but my dogs were terrified. Second attempt was horrible. No one was there when took my dogs even tho had appointment and when spoke to owner was super rude. Mom took her dog again without me knowing and he came back with over 8 cuts! He won’t stop crying and licking all his cuts. It may be cheaper but your dog will suffer! :(

Sold 4 star groomer — we have 2 English Bulldogs and a MaltiPoo. Have been going to Groomers for years so when we recently moved to Chula Vista we had to find a new place. We called around and most places where in East Chula Vista with Sky High prices. The dog gallery may be more of a room then a gallery but they know how to groom your pet, treat them well, try hard to please the customer and have very fair prices. We always tip them $ 10-​$ 20 because they are actually priced well below there competitors and are flexible with appointments. Highly recommended by us and our dogs love them.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I got there at 9 when they opened and I had to be let in through the back door in an alley. then my 13 year old golden retriever had to sit for over four hours in order to be shaved. I had to call three times to see what the hold up was and every time they asked me what she was having done. Then when I went to pick her up they never apologized or offered any kind of discount. Never again and I will tell everyone with a dog to avoid this place like the plague

The Dog Gallery is the only groomers I’ll bring my dogs to. Mary Ann is so attentive and caring with my pets. My dogs hate getting bathe, and I usually have to pay the extra muzzle fee at other places. Mary Ann is so patient with my pets that she never has the need to use the muzzle. She greets my pets and takes the time to let the dogs trust her. If you love your pet the same way you love your own children, then think about sending to the Dog Gallery. The prices are reasonable and the quality of care and grooming is excellent!!!

Bad quality, mediocre service, and my dogs are afraid to go there. Found another groomer nearby that is much better, though a little pricier. Worth it!

Today I and my dog had a really long day. we spent all morning on the road, but on my way to pets smart I noticed the my dog rabies vaccination was expired. I called my vet. to go in for a drive by appointment. There a really nice older lady with a pitbull mix highly recommended this groomer. The reason this came about was, I was on my phone trying to see if I can walk in to petsmart to have my dog groomed. Bath, nail clip, and ear cleaning, but they never want to groom my dog because she is a pit bull. Which I think sucks, it is almost like they are racially segregated, but this new groomer took in my dog. My dog had a blast, there were other dogs there to play with and the whole thing cost me 15 dollars plus 5 dollar tip. At pets smart you walk out paying about 30 dollars.
A lady by the name of Cielo helped me out and I think she did a really good job.
