Please do not shop at RTA, they sell open box electronics and they dont even tell their customers, bought a tv and a stereo and they both broke after just a couple of months, never again!

Went to buy a 1,000 watt house stereo. The cashier swiped my card and said the machine couldn’t read it, I took money out from their atm and paid cash. Next day at the bank the transaction showed up on my statement. Go back to the RTA store to demand my refund from the card and that non-​experience cashier says that it was impossible for my card to have been charged. I had to threaten them with the police and then the 1,000 watt house stereo was only 100 watts, so that was false advertising and sales. Very disappointed in this store. I would rather go to the spring valley swap meet and buy stuff their. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THE RTA STORE.

Bought my mom and sister a TV for Christmas. It used to be hotel TV with very limited use. Looked almost brand new. No problems. 40″ Samsung LCD for $ 249.99! I will come back here again! The store clerk was very helpful and knowledgable.
