I ordered delivery to my hotel room. One thing I got was a pasta dish. They didn’t include a fork so I called the store to see if they could catch the driver before he got too far and get be a fork. There are no forks in hotel rooms. Apparently there are no forks at Pizza Hut either. I got very stern with the woman at the store and am patiently waiting for a fork. Yes this is real.

Pizza Hut is by far some of the best pizza! I love the online ordering. I pick up my order as it’s right down the street from me. This is a delivery or pick up only joint, no dining-​in.

We’ve had great service from this Pizza Hut. The staff where I work have ordered delivery from their website twice. Our order is always fast and accurate as well as delicious. We were hesitant at first to order due to the reviews but we’ve had nothing but great experiences.

Third f****ing time this happened. Ordered a pizza. Dude said half and hour. Waited about an hour and still nothing. Called back to check and my order was never place. What the f***!!! I argued with the manager about it how I «never» placed an order even Though I did and it just irritated me more so I hung up. Stupid stubborn idiots.

I will never order from this place again. Bad service and the manager is clueless. I ordered a pizza online for carryout. The pizza should have been ready when I got there. I understand it was busy, but I waited in the store for 20 more minutes. I asked one of the workers about the order, he didn’t know. Long story short I canceled my order. The big guy manager (Vargas), didn’t even say sorry or offer anything else. Again I will never come back again.

I’ve been here a few times but never had something like this happen. ANYWHERE. I ordered through the Pizza Hut iPhone app but forgot something so then I wanted to place a second order. The app wouldn’t let me place another order before 15 minutes so I called the store and the manager refused to honor the «daily deal» that I wanted from the app when ordering by phone. They wanted to charge me close to 20 dollars for a pizza that on the app was 11. They made me wait another 10 minutes so I could order via the app. 10 minutes is not a lot but when you’re hungry… It’s hell.
Of course there was a way for the manager to give me the same price as the app. Price overrides are possible anywhere customers are involved (yes that basically everywhere) I’ve worked customer service before. I finally ordered my pizza for 11 and enjoyed every bit of it but the manager’s customer service was at least pathetic in my opinion, specially when it’s something as simple as a price adjustment.

Pizza is really good. I order a couple of times already and it is always hot and fresh. The staff are friendly and the pizza is always on time. The location is kinda hidden if you dont know the area other than that i will always recommend them!

I live about 5mins away and have always loved Pizza Hut. However, lately their quality of food as well as their customer service has gone on a steep decline. For some reason, the taste has just been off. Many times they are hard and even crunchy instead of being soft and FRESH.
My hubby and I ordered the pizza box along w/​an order of mild wings. The wings were tangy and sweet. Not what we ordered. One of the most annoying things is to sit down, serve the food, and then discover it was’t what you ordered. You expect to be given what you ordered, not the opposite of that. Not to mention having to drive back, well not me but my hubby lol, to pick up the right order. When we’re finally able to sit down and eat what was supposed to have been our nice, warm meal, it’s cold.

May 4, 14 my wife and I ordered 2 large pizzas that come with 5 toppings, 8 boneless wings, some ranch and an order of que papas cause we were gonna have some guests over and the total was like $ 36. 30mins later the pizza arrives with no que papas and no ranch and the delivery driver was still trying to charge me $ 36 so I refused my order and called pizza hut, talked to the manager about my situation and the manager said that new hire gave wrong prices and charged me wrong. So it was $ 36 for 2 large pizza and 8 wings… That’s ridiculous.
Inconclusion-​Its not the first time and its not the last time they will screw up, I will never order from this pizza hut ever again even though I live 5 mins away. I would prefer to drive a little farther to another Pizza Hut knowing I won’t have to deal with no bullshit. This Pizza Hut sucks

I was in the mood for some pizza, usually I like pizza hut. Well this time I ordered carry out, I went to pick up my pizza, the place smelled musty I soon as I walked in the door. yuck. ha makes me wonder what is going on in there.
Needless to say the pizza did not taste good. So I took a bite and it was just a waste of money, I will not be going back here.

Horrible service, online ordering isn’t accurate. When told my order was incorrect they didn’t care and still wanted full payment for the wrong order. Food was disgusting without flavor and I will never go back. Poor food quality and service,

I order a dinner big box and I was so disappointed w/​the taste of the food. Pepperoni pizza had too much tomato sauce which I didn’t order extra and the cheese sticks were burn. The overall food taste was 1 star. Not even enjoyed it.

This is the nearest pizza hut to my house. For awhile we wouldn’t order from here because their service just plain sucked. Throughout the years they have gotten much better though.
Sunday afternoon I was craving a pizza to munch on during the game. I went online and found a deal they were having. 2 Medium 1 Topping Pizza w/​breadsticks for $ 14.99 and if you ask for Carry Out they include a FREE 2 Litter Pepsi! I ordered that! They told me it would be 15 mins. I arrived 20 mins alter and everything was ready for me to pic up! They got my order just right. It was a good eat and I got home just in time to watch the Chargers stomp all over the Cheifs!

Normally, I wouldn’t bother to review your average chain restaurant, but I had to say something about this place. Nothing really to complain about so far as food goes– I do loves me some pizza hut.
What I thought was noteworthy about this place is, when you go to pick up the food (since they don’t deliver to my area), you stand outside the call window and they have a slot to slide your food through to you. Is chula-​juana really that bad out on Palomar? Don’t get me wrong, they did happen to open the door to hand us our order, but a slide through slot? What kind of characters do they have coming up to them, that they need to use the slot to give people their orders?
Make sure you’re packing something if you pick up late nite:-P
