Nuyo Frozen Yogurt

The place as great costumer service and it’s also very clean and what I like about this one is that they have more options the quality is great very satisfying and worth whatever you paid for.

I’ve created a jingle in my head about yummy frozen yogurt: D It goes something like this:
Come with me… and you’ll be in a world of pure imagination…
Oh no wait! THAT’S MR. Wonka’s song! :P Silly me but for sure that’s how I feel (well, not as grand lol) when I walk in here! So many flavors and so many toppings! Some of my favorite yogurt flavors include: Taro (which is UBE/​purple yam to us Filipinos: D), coconut, pineapple (yes I love the tropical flavors! Pineapple tastes exactly like the dole whip from Disneyland!!) mmmm you can’t got wrong with chocolate! Ahhhh and my favorite topping was Captain Crunch Cereal until they took that perfect topping away :(minus 1 star for that mistake! :P however, NUYO is unique in that not only can you make your frozen heaven in a cup but also as a HALO-​HALO (mix mix) Style! This is where you can ask for a cup of shaved ice, go crazy with your toppings (mostly yummy fruit, Mochi, sweet red bean, lychee, OMG and coconut gel!!), and top it off with your frozen yogurt and sweeten condensed milk!!! The Real Halo-​Halo is different from the frozen yogurt version (super delicious Filipino dessert!) but Nuyo’s halo-​halo is definitely a tad healthier :) TRY IT! and check out my Unilocal pics! as much as I Love frozen yogurt I don’t like regular yogurt. and although the cheese cake and vanilla I had was a 4 or more… the strawberry was horrific and tasted like bitter yogurt. In my 20+ years of loving frozen yogurt there are some staples. chocolate vanilla peanut butter are some regular favorites you should always have. Don’t add 3 odd new flavors and take out a staple… made zero sense to me. I guess I should go back to golden spoon who Always has it.

My daughter loves this place. Larger selection of flavors then the one on telegraph. I love taro and coconut anything and they usually always have both here.
They have all the toppings you’d expect. Sprinkles, candy pieces, a variety of fruit and also different syrups (caramel, chocolate, marshmallow, etc.)

Was looking for a great frozen yogurt place and this had many different flavors and plenty of fresh fruit, nuts and a good selection of chocolate or sprinkles to top it off. Also it was open till 10pm on a week night!

Own just because I want to make sure it doesn’t charge me a lot for the amount I want to put but instead she just had to pour it herself and try to charge me extra which is ridiculous

I love Nuyo!
It’s your pretty typical froyo place. It’s all self-​served from the toppings to yogurt.
If you want to try different flavor a the staff is always really friendly and have mini cups to try. Since they change flavored semi-​often it’s a nice thing to be able to sample them.
I definitely recommend getting a rewards card also. Whether you go there often or not, almost every time I’ve gone (and I’m not an avid froyo person) I’ve gotten some kind of perk or free froyo.
Overall, I love Nuyo and they always have great service and products!

Great choices, awesome toppings, and okay prices. With the amount of traffic they have coming through, they do a great job keeping the toppings bar clean. Will come back soon!

Most self-​serve yogurt spots are messy. But this place is impeccable clean. They have a nice variety of flavors and toppings I will probably never get through, which is good. The staff, although young were very friendly. I wish I had time to sit outside and enjoy my creation… maybe next time.

Been here twice already. It satisfies my craving all the time. I always stick to the plain flavor and load my toppings (usually almonds, white chocolate chips, fruits and coconut jelly). I love that they have condensed milk here, that puts it way over the top :).

I like the flavors they offer, however I am thrown off by the young staff members in here. They don’t seem to care. Also every time I visit the credit card machine doesn’t work and they don’t seem to have change for more than $ 20.00. How can that be with the credit card machine not working… doesn’t that mean customer are paying with cash and you should have change? That’s a little weird!

Nuyo is the place to go if you want really good yogurt; and I highly recommend the one on Olympic Pkwy.
Their selection of toppings are always fresh.
The place is always clean and flavors that I like are always available. How can you beat that?!
Namely (in no particular order!), Dulce de Leche, Taro (ube), mango and pineapple (ala sorbet) strawberry, cookies and cream, to name a few.
Service is reflective of the pride they have of the products they sell.
They use constarch in making their lime colored spoons (eco friendly, love that!!). And cups that are in whatever size that fits your mood, how much or how little you want to get of their yogurt.
Let me just say, that I brought my husband here and he is a Dulce de Leche aficionado, he basically grew up with the DdL and he says it is «right on the money»!
If that is not a raving review, I don’t know what is.
The people on the other side of the counter are so friendly and welcoming. When you need a quick pick-​me-​up to beat this heat, Nuyo is the place to go.
I personally, go back for the same flavors. It is that good and for those who watch their sugar intake, this place feels almost like they dispense «medicine» but the guilty pleasure kind.

I got the delish dulce de leche and cookies and cream yogurt. Both were so good, as usual. I only took away a star bc the girl who was refilling the cherries (while my daughter and I was about to get some) wasn’t very friendly, which is unusual. Sorry I ate it all before I took could take a picture

I don’t love Froyo but when I do I come to Nuyo. The gentle men here are for one eye candy and really nice. As soon as I walked in they greeted me and asked if we wanted any samples.
The venue is nice and clean. They offer lids in case your taking yours to go. The topi g selection is also pretty good… I would definitely be back.

Facts: $.45 an ounce and $ 1 extra for a waffle cone
This is the first ever froyo spot I’ve ever been to, and it is my favorite spot, as well. I like the idea of self-​serve because my fata** is able to put as much frozen yogurt and toppings as I want. The location is perfect! It’s not too far from where I live. Also, the telegraph location is convenient. That location has chocolate covered marshmallows unlike this one, though *cries*
The customer service is not what I come here for. I come here for the FROYO. It’s not like the workers do much except ring you up and help you when you want a sample. (Speaking of, self-​serve samples at the telegraph location!) Regardless, I always get greeted because the workers are, in fact, nice people.
If you get a NUYO card, for every dollar you spend, it gives you a point. Once you reach 40 points, I believe the amount you get off your purchase is $ 4. I love it! Sometimes, I unexpectedly get free yogurt because of all of my points.

We were greeted as soon as we walked in. Very nice dude working. Very helpful. He was in the middle of cutting fresh mangos. This location is also very clean. The yogurt is creamy and flavorful. Toppings were all fresh and there is plenty to choose from. You can also try samples of the the yogurt before deciding, which they will assist you with. I got some shaved ice, fresh fruit, and vanilla yogurt for myself. My kids had vanilla yogurt with some toppings of their choice. Lots of tables and chairs, we sat and had our yogurt in the store.
Price is increased to .45 cents/​oz

Froyo! Love this place. Always very clean in the store. Toppings are always fresh looking and full. Love all of the choices of Froyo. Really creative and adventurous frozen yogurts to choose from. Price is right too! Enjoy!

For 42 cents an ounce, this place is amazing! Great selection of yogurts and a choice of delicious toppings! My favorite toppings are the boba, lychee, mochi and almond rocha.
The people who work here are super friendly. You can sample as many of the yogurts as you want. I like the taro/​ube the best.
If you want, you can even make your own halo halo. Just ask them for shaved ice to put in your cup and then all the other items are there. Masarap!

I am always in the mood for some good frozen yogurt, and this place provided me with some great serving of the cold stuff. I went straight forward with the yogurt, going with half vanilla and half chocolate (
), but I did put a healthy serving of chopped almonds and Heath Bar on top. At 42 cents per ounce, I was a happy camper. (

Both, the vanilla and chocolate had great flavor and were smooth and creamy. However, the vanilla one out by a bit on the flavor profile because it was more pronounce for some reason. The almonds and the Heath bar added great texture and flavor as well. I have not had a Heath Bar in a long while, so it was a treat (

They offer a variety of frozen yogurt flavors (
), sweet topping, nuts, cookies, and candies to add on top. The young people who work here were very hip and helpful with the flavors. If you want a taster, you have to ask them.
