Rainy Tuesday before Valentine’s day — 5 mins before closing & as always… we were greeted by a smile and great service! Marc & Mimi know how to treat customers and make shopping with them effortless! Thanks for not closing a minute early and for carrying such great shoes!

Love shopping at Marc and Mimi. The owners are friendly and knowledgeable. The store has a great selection of brand name shoes so driving up the freeway to visit Nordstrom’s is a thing of the past. I always find what I am looking for. For all the TOMS lovers out there (like my daughters), they are getting them in the spring :)

When I visited the store in search for a pair of shoes for my daughter to wear at her birthday party, I ended up leaving the store with three pairs of shoes. During my shopping experience, there were two other customers both with their children in tow. Between us three moms, we had 5 children in the store with us. Markee and the other shoe specialist made each one of us feel like we were the most important customer at the store. They were able to accommodate all of our needs in a friendly and professional manner. My son picked out a pair of Puma «light-​up shoes» and found a matching pair for his sister. I was the happiest mommy when Markee Lashley found me the perfect pair of pink Toke Classic shoes to complete my daughter’s birthday ensemble.
There is ALWAYS parking! They are located in Eastlake near the In & Out Burger.

The owners and employees at Marc and Mimi’s are super knowledgeable and very welcoming. The store is tidy, well organized, and has a great selection for my little boy!

The customer service was fantastic. I have never cared about baby shoes until I had a baby and the employees knew their stuff. I felt confident that was getting shoes that were good for my baby’s growing feet, and I plan to continue buying shoes at Marc and Mimi’s. I think their selection for baby shoes is MUCH better than Nordstrom’s and the prices are comparable. The store is neat and clean and it doesn’t feel overwhelming when you walk in like a department store. This is a great shop, and I hope you decide to check it out. You won’t regret it.

I usually go to nordstroms for my kids shoes and when i found this place I was thrilled that they had absolutely THE BEST COSTUMER SERVICE and they even did a follow up email to make sure my girls were happy with their shoes. Great name brand items from UGGS, PEDIPED, PUMA, all kinds and if they dont have it he said he could order it for us:). David was our salesman of the day and he was so friendly and patient with my 6 year old who tried on more than 10 pairs of shoes thanks David!

I no longer have to drive to Nordstroms to find shoes for my Ashlyn! Same quality, great brands and excellent customer service! Also, Military saves 10%! It’s always nice when businesses support our troops, and that’s why we should support Marc and Mimi! Also because they have an awesome store :)

This place was great! I found the shoes I wanted to get my son online, but I really wanted him to be able to try them on. So we drove 30 min & paid more for the shoes, but it was well worth it. I could have come home & bought them online for cheaper, but this place was great. I would much rather support a local business than an online store. Markee (?) was fantastic. He asked questions, & LISTENED, paid attention to my son (who doesn’t love that?), actually checked out how the shoes fit on his feet, knew what he was talking about, shook my hand after our transaction… All around great customer service. Thank you.

Awesome place with a good variety of shoes for baby’s, toddlers and kids.
Service was great. Even though the employee was busy with another customer he acknowledge me and told me he will be with momentarily. They also carry brands that you find at Nordstroms. Support small business!

I love this place! It was very quiet with space for my daughter to walk around while she tried on shoes. Both guys working there were very informative and helpful. The shoe selection was okay but the customer service is what I loved !

I love supporting locally owned businesses, I also love shopping for my 4 month old son. Marc & Mimi’s makes it easy to do both in one location. I love their prices and really appreciate the large selection of boys shoes. Most stores carry 90% girls items and only 10% boys, not this place. You parents out there know what I mean. They are honest too. I came in expecting to buy shoes and they told me it’s best to stick with socks since he was so young. They could have easily made a quick buck off of me, instead they made a loyal customer.
