Horrible customer service. I cannot make a comment about Dr. Longabardi because I never got a chance to see him. But the receptionist tried to bill me 100 dollars because I did not cancel an appointment I didn’t even know that I had because I made the consultation appointment 2 months prior to that!!! I told them I never received their call to confirm the appointment and I am not even aware that I have to pay 100 if I did not show up for my appointment. To make a long story short had to cancel the appointment I’ve waited for months to be seen just because of the rude receptionist!!!

I saw Dr. Longobardi for my big toe that has been bothering me for some time. I would definitely recommend him as he was very gentle with my sore toe and very knowledgeable.

the dr is great but receptionist is awful. terrible customer service. my husband works for the government so his schedule would change and i’d have to cancel his appointment. i both myself and my husband tried calling more than 10 times to speak with the dr since he couldnt get in to see him. we NEVER received any calls back. we’d call again and leave more messages and were told that the dr would call us back. never heard from him. had to cancel another appointment and at that time the receptionist informed me that the dr would no long be seeing tricare patients. would not give me a reason. i would not recommend this office to anyone. front office needs serious customer service training.

Horrible customer service!!! I made an appointment one month in advance. My appointment was scheduled for September 7 and I had specially requested time off from work to attend my appointment. When I arrived to my appointment there was a note on the door that said «We will be close on Thursday, September 7 until Monday September 9 due to staff training. If this is an emergency please go to the emergency room. Have a good day» I sincerely hope that the training was about customer service! it’s horrible not to have the courtesy to call your patients to reschedule appointments and just simply let them show up just to find out that their appointment have been cancell via a «note on a door»!!! Furthermore, I was not the only one going through this because more individuals were showing at the door starring at the note in disbelief… Do not recommend this experience to anyone!

late update. i had some questions after the procedures & had to call into the office over 3x throughout one week. the receptionist was taking my messages & i was leaving them on the voicemail as well. i had to actually call & bother the dr. on his cell phone to speak to him. he said he never got any messages & would be calling me back to schedule a follow up. i never got another call. half of one of my toenails doesn’t even seem to be attached to the skin. i’m just bummed overall about this whole thing.
