Doll Me Up Make Up & Hair Artistry

I have been going to Lulu at Doll Me Up for a few years now and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. Prior to Lulu, I had a hard time growing out my hair, but with Lulus wonderful touch, I have acquired substantial length and I am thrilled!
I’ve gone to Lulu for: color, cuts and highlights. Customer service is excellent!!! My absolute favorite is the wash!!! She goes above and beyond the call of duty to make me feel comfortable and the head massage is amazingly Devine!
Lulu does an amazing job, very affordable and an amazing hair stylist. If you’re in Chula Vista, Lulu at Doll Me Up is your girl! Highly recommend!!!

Hair:
I have very thick and curly hair that makes most stylist cringe as soon I walk through the door, not Lulu. She understands my hair and has helped me tame it. Lulu uses the best quality (and best smelling) products on the market. I usually go in for a trim and a smoothing mask. During my appointments, Lulu is always sure to consult me before starting any process. She explains what she is doing and why. I love that! At my last appointment, Lulu walked me through the Keratin treatment she used and explained its benefits. My hair has never been so polished and easy to style. I can still wear it curly, but going straight has been made so much simpler… drying time/​styling time has been cut in half! So HAPPY!!!
Bridal Hair & Makeup:
I had the pleasure of working with Lulu on my wedding day. She did an outstanding job! I wanted a vintage look. Lulu accomplished just that. My skin looked flawless, and although it was much more makeup than I ever wear on a day to day basis, it did not feel heavy or cakey. In addition to doing my hair and makeup, she did my bridal party’s hair and makeup (Maid of Honor, Mother of the Bride, two bridesmaids, and a flower girl). Everyone looked stunning and we were on time!
Just writing this makes me want to look for any excuse to get dolled up, so I can book an appointment with Lulu ASAP!

This girl is the only one I trust my hair with. It’s grown so much since I’ve started seeing her and my color comes out picture perfect every time. I don’t know where to begin:
Lulu is absolutely wonderful, I approached her about doing my make up and hair for my wedding a few months before the big day. She was extremely professional, we signed a contract, kept all her promises, and she went above and beyond my expectations. She was extremely responsive to all my wants and included her artist opinion when she felt it was necessary. I cannot have asked for a better person to do my make up and hair. Not only did she do a great job she had extremely helpful advice when it came to making my own bouquet, where to get my custom Jewelry, and ideas for décor. Lulu kept open communication, explained what she was doing at all steps of my wonderful make over, and her pricing is excellent.
I cannot thank her enough. She is an excellent artist and I would (and will) recommend her to all. Thanks!
