This place is an unorganized nightmare and a money pit, which is too bad, because they have a few excellent dance teachers. The business is poorly run. The receptionist is clueless and extremely unhelpful. If you can actually get her to take out her earphones and get off of Facebook to ask her a question… Her reply is always «I don’t know. I just got here. I have another job». The front desk might as well be obsolete. The facility (specifically the restroom) is not kept clean. They overcharged my credit card numerous times… I had to consistently check my statement and have them credit back my account. They don’t have a good plan for when a teacher calls in sick (they cram all of the students regardless of age and level into 1 class with one teacher). They make you purchase uniforms AND recital costumes. The costumes are understandable but the uniforms are solely for the purpose of gouging more money out of you. Don’t waste your time or money.

Caution, unless you speak Spanish do not sign your child up at this dance school. They will instruct your child in Spanish and then get mad at your child for not understanding instructions even if your child does not understand a word of Spanish. The front desk staff are rude are have no knowledge of anything that is going on. The only time we were treated well here is when we first came to look at the facility to possibly sign up. They put on all the charm in the world. My daughter was yelled at for missing a class, the teacher told her she can’t remember her name so she calls her by her last name, and they will charge your credit card that they keep on file for monthly class payments for costumes and anything else without your authorization. Management need to put a big sign on the front of the building that says «Spanish speaking classes only» and they need to have a disclaimer in their contract when you sign up that you allow them to talk to your child in Spanish. I am taking my child out of here immediately.

Highly recommend this place for their Zumba classes. Dennise and Claudia will make you feel the burn in the most funest way ever! They have great dance routines that range from medium impact to blow your dancing shoes off! I get an awesome work out ever time and look forward each day for next class!
