the food was alright but just not enough food for the amount of money

Not really happy that they decided to drop the military discount to 10% off only one item instead of the whole order. There’s a sign in front of the restaurant in the front says that they deliver but they only offered pick up for my order which was $ 34. They’ve delivered in the past.

Okay food but not worth the price. Fries were good. I ordered a chicken sandwich and the chicken pieces were fairly small.

the worker gave us a free cookie for an inconvenience yesterday he is so nice I will always come back here their food is GREAT

Just moved into the area a couple of weeks ago and have started trying out the local restaurants. We took a walk and decidec on Bull Chicks. My wife ordered the blue cheese burger with waffle fries (spicy=delicious)& enjoyed them both tremendously. I ordered what I thought would be your traditional «chicken salad» sandwich, but got a delicious surprise with a twist. It seemed they took a Greek salad with chicken and put it on a tasty roll. Not sure if this was an accident or if this is how they make their chicken salad. In any case it was soooo good. Feta and pepperjack in one sandwich. …WHAT? YES! The idea of letting you customize your order is a terrific idea.

Food is always delicious! Family and I love the bread for the burgers and their specialty fries. Today we tried the cookies and OH MY GOODNESS… let’s just say they came with our kids meal and well the 2 kids split one and my husband and I split the other. We just all loved it too much not to share those big things. Service and wait time for delivery was wonderful and as expected. Thanks for pleasing our tummies yet again.

Very courteous service, and super clean place. The food is always made to order and super fresh! Fries and burgers are some of the best in Chula Vista!

The bbq chicken sandwich is my favorite, the criss cut fries they come with too are perfect!

Love love Love! The food comes in large portions and is very affordable! The waffles fries are always crunchy and freshly made and the burgers are too. The salads are pretty large as well. The owner here always makes me feel welcomed!

Fantastic food. Best wings in Chula Vista and the chicken Caesar sandwich is incredible.
Make sure you order something that comes on a bun… they are fantastic!

Delivery was great. The food arrived very quickly, and it was still steaming hot. The avocado salad was very fresh and colorful — not a single wilted leaf. The Buffalo Bull fries were hot and crispy. Husband really enjoyed his burger, and little guy liked his honey mustard wings. Will definitely order again.

This is probably the last time I will come to this restaurant based on service alone.
I work close by so I called in my order and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes, I showed up about 20 minutes later. I walked in stood at the counter for a couple of minutes without being acknowledged, a young man comes out with food for another table walks right past me and right back to the back without saying a word. I stood there for a little bit more when I finally was helped. There wasn’t a hi welcome sorry for the wait or anything. Having worked in the customer service industry for 9 years these types of things are important to customers .
I paid for my food was told it would be right out which it wasn’t. Assuming I was told 15 minutes my food should of been ready .
Now the food part. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with bacon. My bread was not toasted as it said it is on the menu, my cheese was not melted on my semi warm sand which, and I got one slice of bacon cut in half. The bacon was .75 cents extra for 1 piece ?
I was expecting an actual piece of chicken instead I got grilled chicken pieces that you would put in a salad. The house sauce was non existent as well.
Overall for almost 9.00 I was expecting more and got so much less.
I normally don’t write negative reviews but this was a huge disappointment and I felt it was necessary to do so.
Sorry bull chicks I will not be going back to your place of business

Based on a scale from 1 being a McDonalds dollar menu burger to 5 being a burger from a place like Slater’s 50/​50, I give Bull Chicks a 4.
Some may say their pricing is expensive but the quality is fresher, compared to other places. You’re paying for the quality of your food after all. The components of my burger — lettuce, tomato, bun, patty — were all fresh and very delicious. Others have said that their patties were dry and I’d have to agree to that. Their fries are hot and crispy.
I’ve been to this place about 3 times. Every time I came in, the staff have been nothing but nice and helpful. Usually, whenever I go to this place it’s empty. Not sure why because the good is great. Maybe it’s just my timing. The one time I did eat in here, one of the workers strikes up a conversation with me. Which was «alright» but I was trying to eat my burger, buddy.

I am always on the look out for a great place to get an awesome burger, well this place was it. I ordered a spicy burger and a concoction know as «Garbage Frys», which were some of the best waffle frys I have ever had. The service was excellent, our server Mathew was exceptionally friendly and helpful. He was AWESOME, but go see for yourself. I highly recommend it.

Yes, it is in a very nice location. That is really all that it has going for it though.

The first week I discovered this place, I went in for a second time. The third time I ate their food, I ordered delivery to my house. Every single time, I was extremely satisfied with the quality of their food and most importantly the taste!
I love their avocado cheese burger with bacon, my husband loves their boneless chicken wings and the fact that you can customize your own kind of waffle fries. My friends really loved some of the other burgers and the Garbage fries — yum! Everything tastes so fresh, and full of flavor. I also love the fresh baked bun! Not too thick, and definitely tastes freshly baked!
The only downfall my friends complained about were the wraps — they are pretty small. But everything else — great portions and great food!
We’ll come back and order in often! Thank you Bull Chicks!

You can have all the charities you want to state, however, the fact as well as critique are solely based on your establishment which has nothing to do with anything else.
A Philly cheese steak isn’t just meat and cheese. Look up the recipe. Stop selling the rest aside. That is bad business practice indeed. Don’t just sell half done dishes. You are not the only «potential restaurant «that donates to charity in Otay Ranch by the way.
Just take this as constructive criticism and get with it or leave space for better restaurants

I was so excited to try this place out because I live just across the street. I am quite disappointed to be perfectly honest. First and foremost when I enter the restaurant the place was very dark and completely empty except for the two staff members that I could see. They hadnt even turned the lights on yet at 2 PM! The place looked nice though and I did like the layout and the feel.
When I got to the counter to place my order the woman was very quiet and very scattered. I believe that is the right word… My friend ordered her food first and sat down and then it was my turn to order. I ordered a cheeseburger and waffle fry combo meal. I paid and got a cup for water and then sat with my friend.
The water tasted very weird and nasty. I found that odd because I believe it is hard to mess up water? Then our food comes out and the woman forgot to get my fries for the combo. So she charged me for the fries and then my friend and I finally started to eat. The bun on the burger was the bees knees. Literally the best bun I have ever had in my life. As for the other components of the burger… terrible. Definitely was not impressed. Also my friend commented that the wrap she ordered was on the small side for an $ 8 wrap.
The reason I am giving this place two stars is because the fries were super crisp and hot. Some bomb fries if you ask me. Also the bun was amazing and the restaurant was aesthetically pleasing.
But everything else was terrible.
