Craft Self Storage

Craft Self Storage is top notch. The units are very well kept, the area is clean and secure, and Bill Craft could not be more helpful or accommodating. Highly recommend Craft.

Mr. Craft was incredibly friendly and helpful. I will definitely be coming back here again. When I first contacted him (towards the end of the school year), he did not have storage units. However, he put me on a list, and for the next month, whenever he had a unit come up, he was incredibly prompt to return my calls and let me know there was a unit.
I was out of the state for about a month and a half; however, I was able to reach him for one of the units, and he automatically reserved the unit for me (without having to sign any paperwork, beforehand). How incredibly honest!
The lease started mid-​July (he emailed me the paperwork and I signed and faxed it back to him before the start of August). It was $ 70 for a 5×10 (which holds up to a full apartment’s worth of stuff). with a $ 20 deposit.
However, since I would be moved out by Aug 8^th, he was gracious enough to say that he’ll only charge me for the security deposit, for time in August instead of paying the full month! what awesomeness!
Through this whole experience, he has been very accomodating and has been very prompt in returning phone calls and emails.
The units are very clean and well kept. The area itself isn’t sketchy at all; the gates work all by code (both going in and coming out). The units also seem to insulate pretty well and while I have things that are sensitive to heat, they haven’t been too affected.
Very much recommend Craft Self Storage and also Mr. Craft’s business.
