I was visiting from out of town. I asked if I could use their gym. They gave me a week pass for free. Super friendly and a clean gym. I got to even join a yoga class. I was very pleased with the gym. I got a great work out. Mary at the front desk was awesome. I would definitely come back for sure if lived around here.

I am a member of this gym and love the facility! Awesome classes and utilities!!! Also, love paying Sylvia frequent visits for her amazing massages!!! Overall great staff that assures quality customer service!!!

Great place, super clean, great instructors! The massage therapist, Sylvia, is amazing at was she does and has flexible hours. Overall a great fitness studio. Just wish it had a sauna and open seven days a week.

I’m really not a ‘gym person,’ so when I literally blew in on a very windy day, I was pleasantly surprised with Ava.
The main weight section is female only, everything is really clean and, most importantly, nothing smells like sweat! The classes can be co-ed, but I didn’t see too many men try Zumba or TurboKick, or the drop-in boot camp. Fitness classes, in general, are great– you get to look like an idiot with everyone else instead of by yourself :)
The price per month is very reasonable, and if someone is only interested in attending the fitness classes, they’re only $ 4! Also, there is a playroom for children to play in while you work out!
I really enjoyed coming here when I actually was coming here– everyone is very friendly, even when they are helping you get your butt in gear. If you’re a lady, looking for a female-friendly atmosphere to work out in, you should definitely stop by to get more info!

I really enjoy the layout and atmosphere at Ava!!! The staff is always friendly and fun… to be honest I’ve never been to such a unique fitness/spa company before and I love it! I would suggest this company to any woman looking for a great workout!
