So, generally I wouldn’t waste my time posting a review for fast food… but this place is such a POS I feel others should be warned. So here goes! We live in the area and occasionally visit this place because sometimes we need to eat and we need to eat quickly. We know it’s not going to be great, but there are a few things I do expect. I’ve been here probably 7 times over the past two years. Every. Single. Time. Something I’ve ordered has been forgotten. That’s enough to really grind my gears, but the last time takes the cake. I order food. Pay and take it. Check my food because I know you forgot something even though I asked if the employees double checked because they always forget stuff. Of course they said it was all there. NOPE. No mashed potatoes.(Which is what’s usually missing, I don’t know who you have in charge or putting the mashed potatoes into bags, but they need to be retrained, I know. It’s difficult, but I’m sure you can master the art). I have to go in and get them. Get home. Go to eat, the potato wedges are soggy but stale. Yum! And then I realize I have no straws for my drinks! Alright, guess I’ll take the lid off. Take a drink and holy crap. Check your soda machines because this my friends, is not what Pepsi tastes like. I doubt anyone reads these because if I managed this place and saw nothing but 1 – 2 stars, I would probably try to rectify something. Like starting to drug test employees. Marijuana kills brain cells kids and makes it where you can’t remember the potatoes I ordered 4 seconds ago were never put in my bag. Management hiring a bunch of stoners or patients suffering from severe short term memory loss is the only explanation I can fathom for why on earth you can never get all of my food in my bag. So yeah food is what you’d expect with the occasional dash of extra crappy but they always forget your food. So check your bags before you leave especially if you ordered the mythical mash and gravy.

I would give them no stars if I could! They never have any of the food ready! We end up waiting 10 mins for them to make it and another 5 for them to give it to us! Either hire better workers or get better training! Nobody likes to go to a FASTFOOD restaurant and have to wait for the food!

6 people are in my family. 3 ate chicken 3 did not. Guess who is sick all night and this morning… That’s right the ones who ate chicken. Sorry C-town KFC no more chicken for us.

Ordered a 3 piece chicken strip mean and upon inspecting the food once I got out into my car I noticed all the chicken strips were very thin with hardly any meat on them. I returned to the restaurant and informed the employee of the situation. Their answer? «That’s why he gave you more» and pointed at the EXTRA2 pieces that were put in the box. Oh, I get it… MOREKRAP = better. Think not. A refund was given with no real hassle. Usually this place is good. Most of the time they are a little slow whether they are busy or not.

Food is good. I come to the area once a month, and normally go to this KFC. However this time… this weekend, was not particularly good. I waited quite a while for someone to answer at the drive thru, when they weren’t even busy. After I paid, the guy who was at the window practically just threw my bag of food at me. He was rude, didn’t say much and just dropped my food in my hand with no «happy holiday» or «merry Christmas» or anything. Just closed the window and that was it. This guy needs a better idea of customer service. I MAY return my next visit.
