Queso’s

Quesos was a welcomed surprise given its location. When you enter, the décor reminds you of a mom and pop type of mexican food establishment. The food is ample in portions but could be improved in taste. They do a good job of keeping salsa and really tasty queso coming while you wait for your main entrees. Sopapillas are $ 0.50 a piece but were really tasty. The service was excellent, Jakayla did an excellent job of juggling multiple tables but not sacrificing quality. All in all a good place to eat.

Went to this place today and I must say the food was great and very affordable. I will definitely be coming back!

This place is off the charts delicious! Family friendly atmosphere and friendly staff! I’d recommend this to anyone! It’s better than Ted’s Café Escondido!

I must say that we tried this place again, and I was pleasantly surprised. The food was tasty, cooked all the way through, and not jumbled together. It was so good, in fact, we’ve eaten there three more times. I’m so thankful the takeout is two thumbs. Now we have a go-​to for our Mexican needs.

What a pleasant surprise. This restaurant has a fantastic outdoor patio. They play cool music, there’s a TV out there and awesome lights once the sun goes down.
Then you get into the restaurant where you are promptly attended to. The night that my wife and I went there were lots of people but Queso’s waiting area is very comfortable. You’re given a choice to eat inside or to dine out on their awesome patio.
The reason I give this restaurant five stars is because the food portions are very generous and the food is just very very good. I truly wasn’t expecting this at a Mexican restaurant in Choctaw Oklahoma. But boy was I pleasantly surprised.
The restaurant is very lively with all the patrons have a good time. We were able to talk as loud as we wanted without bothering anyone. Before our food arrived they brought us out some Queso and Salsa which were both good. But I really have to give kudos to the Salsa, it was quite special. My perfect margarita was outstanding.
I have a 3 Enchilada platter which I was able to tailor anyway that I wanted it. What really made the Enchiladas special was two Fried Eggs on top and I really like my enchiladas that way. The sides were special in themselves. You could get rice and beans or get Mexican potato or corn.
Our waitress Savanna was outstanding and provided us with the best possible service. This restaurant is a true Jewel and if you make the trip out to Choctaw I know you’ll enjoy this restaurant as I will many more times in the future.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! They literally started spraying raid bug spray in the eating area while we were eating so all we tasted from that point on was bug spray so we weren’t able to finish our meals. The staff all had horrible attitudes and the service was not good. I left a minimal tip and they altered my ticket giving them a hefty tip. WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!

I haven’t had flautas so tasty since I left California. Love this place. Hostess Aven was spunky and sweet. Michaela our waitress was attentive and very helpful in food suggestions. I have been here 6 times and have yet to have anything to complain about.

We’ve eaten here a few times now, it’s been good every single time. We love to come eat here, the waitstaff has been friendly every time, the manager has come by to check on us and is always around making sure things go smoothly, and the bartender is the bomb. Seriously, the bomb. Best.drinks.ever.

Food was cold. Sent back one meal and came back semi warm. For the price I would not go to this location for Mexican food. This was our first and last visit to this restaurant.

Not a fan. The tea tasted off, the food was not particularly good, and our waitress even admitted that all the tortillas come from a package :(

Good food, small place. Flour tortillas made fresh seconds before being brought to table.
