I Would give zero stars. Really Bad service. Waited to be attended and they kept taking others before me.

I am super upset and disgusted with this nail shop! CLEAN YOUR STUFF LADIES! They gave me a nail fungus!
I thought I’d let my husband «pamper» me while being 7 months pregnant! Thank God I found the NASTY fungus nail when I did and it didn’t get any worse!
They don’t do a good job and they are always rushing you! It’s like dang, let me try and decide by myself what I want.
They also do not do what you want and when you try and tell them, they say ok but still not what you want. I just gave up. They even rush you when you’re trying to pick out a nail color. WHO’S PAYING WHO LADIES! Get it together!
The first time, I got just a pedicure. (I tipped her well, lady was nice and smiled the whole time)
The second time, I got a full set and a pedicure. (Wanted a full set this time around. I wasn’t completely satisfied but still paid and tipped well) (if Nancy is the young owner, she is who did my nails this time, while someone finished them!)
The third time, I got a fill and polish change on toes (STILL PAID AND TIPPED THEM! I was completely dissatisfied this time and was crying as I walked out with my husband)
Now I find out I got a nail fungus from them! Ughhhh I wish I could get back all my hard earned money!
Watch out girls! Hope you guys don’t get a fungus too! :(They don’t clean their foot spas either! :(
Not after each person! Noticed this the third time around!

I was helped by Nancy. She’s great! she was so detailed and she made sure I liked my nails. Literally she asked me at least 5 times & changed anything I wanted. But she got it spot on, I showed her a picture and then all of a sudden it was perfectly mimicked on my nails. Prior to this I had long coffin nails and it was painful, but it feels so much better. Thank you Nancy! got my nails ready for the gym :)

Worst pedicure ever! I had to tell her to cut my nails shorter, make them even! My toes looked like I scrubbed them myself! Terrible massage, if you could even call it that! She barely used any lotion and didn’t even go around my leg!!! I will never be back!

I’ve been coming here for over 15 years. I’m so glad that Nancy decided to take over the shop. She and her team do such a wonderful job. Kim does my pedicure and she is amazing!

Returned to Nancy after trying and hating a few other places.
I love her work and just found my new favorite color… Why do I ever even pretend I can find someone better? Nancy and staff are the best.

Horrible service, my nails look like I did them at home, in the dark, with my right hand tied behind my back.
All I wanted was a simple manicure. I will never come back!
I didn’t realize how dirty it was inside until I already sat down and two elderly technicians started working on me.

I’ve been going to Nancy for the past 2 years and she has never disappointed in doing my nails, I love love love the way she does my nails and she is fast, I can go in during my lunch hour and have her do a fill and the works and get back in time!

This place was soooo horrible! Lady cut up my fingers and then sprayed alcohol on them and when I told her all she said was sorry and kept messing up on my nails. Filed my nails crooked and it was just the worst experience I have ever had. My nails were burning the whole time and I will never go there again!
Very disappointed and the lady had a very bad attitude. It doesn’t even deserve one star. It made me put one to post this but don’t let that fool you it deserves nothing!

Love! Love! Love this place! Great price for awesome nails! I have been going there for a year now and every time I go I am still impressed with the art work!

BEST PLACE EVER!!! I’m serious too. I come here all the time for full set with gel, fill with gel & pedicure!
This last time I went with my friends to a nail salon in San Clemente, Ca, for $ 45.50 they gave me a full set all black with a turquoise color on the ring finger; 3 almost 4 nails came off already! They didn’t make my nails thick, but super then with the powder!
Tomorrow I am going to VY nail salon to get a fill for probably $ 20 and they will stay on for 2 weeks like they always do. I will never go back to any other salon even if I move out of the city!
P.s Ben is amazing and always does an amazing job!

The worst customer service I have ever had! The gel manicure I got started to chip and crack really ugly the next day so when u returned the VERY next day the lady said it was somehow my fault and she was not going to fix it. I told her that’s fine and as I was walking out she stopped me and said okay I’ll fix for 10 dollars!!! I had to stay and get them fixed because I needed to get straight to work from there but never again will I go back they don’t even clean the nail clippers or foot scrubs they go from one dirty foot to another! Disgusting

Worst place ever! Don’t be fooled by the cheap prices… you get what you paid for! Horrible service, I have gave them a second chance and completely screwed me in prices in the end and the women doing my pedicure made me bleed. Never going back again.

There is one guy who goes in on Saturdays he is good. I like how he leaves my nails. As for my eyebrows there okay, not my favorite, have gone to better places.

Nancy is the best! I drive all the way from Los Angeles to get my nails done here! She takes care of you quick with a very good job. She does exactly what you ask for! Worth the 40 min drive!

I was referred to her over 10 years ago by a friend and I am extremely picky when it comes to my nails…
when I started going to Nancy I lived30 miles away and worked a full time job, I still had no problem making the drive because she is that good and 100% worth it!!!
