This place is a Gem. Your guaranteed to always walk out with great nail. Be sure to get an appointment because once you become a regular you won’t go elsewhere.

Went in to get my brows done & the lady did a terrible job :(I look so bad, they’re too thin and just look horrible. Both my brows literally look completely different from each other, it’s even hard for me to try and fix them with makeup. I will not be back.

This is my regular spot. I don’t make appointments with a specific gal because they’re all consistently good. Ok there is one older lady here and she doesn’t take her time, luckily I’ve only gotten her once. I was super stiff this morning but after sitting in the massage chair for my reasonably priced regular pedicure at $ 20.00 I’m ready for a nap.
Ladies and gents here are friendly and quiet. They never try and upsell me for additional designs or special scrub. They take their time and provide the best massages even for a $ 10 regular mani. I appreciate that because two weeks I was convinced by my friend to go to another place on Howe and after that experience I will only enjoy nail services at KB nails.

My favorite place is wayyyyy too busy today and my toes and nails really need help so I came across the street to JJ. They took me right away. It’s small and cozy inside. Nothing fancy but ladies are sweet. The service doesn’t compare to LOVE and neither does the pedicure but it was quick and reasonably priced. $ 15 pedi but no massage!!! I asked her no massage with pedicure? and she said the hot Towel and lotion was the massage? She literally didn’t rub just put a little lotion and wrapped quickly with towel. she massaged my hands but it was literally 5 seconds. I know I told her I had to be at a party soon but I still wanted a full pedi for the price. It was a really quick and just blah pedi and mani. The end result wasnt even that great. She didnt couldnt even paint my nails all the way to the cuticle so now my nails look even smaller than they already are. At least they have nice massage chairs. And sorry but it I give a C+ for cleanliness. Tons of dust all over everything and didn’t see them cleaning any tools. They put disposable bags in the tub for each person which is a plus. They have a cute little menu but still going to have to go back to my favorite place. This place doesn’t compare to LOVE nails at all. So sad when you spend $ 40 for nails and leave feeling disappointed.

By far the worst nail place I have ever been to in my entire life, after getting here and telling them I was in a hurry, they still made me wait ½ hour, then the lady I believe her name was Vicky refused to put a acrylic on one of my toe nails, she made the owner do it !! And they took so long that I couldn’t even get my nails done !! Definitely do N0T recommend

I came here about a week and a half ago for lash extensions with Jenny. They are beautiful! She did such a thorough job! They are even and look so long and full. They are so comfortable and soft. She uses mink lashes which are what you want. The price is definitely fair! I totally recommend Jenny. She is so sweet!

Thank you Jenny! Life saver she is an eyelash guru, I went in to remove a terrible job that was done previously and Jenny removed them, all my lashes still here none fell off she was totally sweet next time I’ll come to her to get extensions

I love my eyelash extension done by Jenny! Such a great job and very reasonably priced. Everyone at this salon is very nice. If you’ve never had eyelash extensions, or have been thinking about them, don’t hesitate to come here and ask for Jenny! They are the best!

Jenny was amazing. She took her time with me and we sat and talked. I never found a nail salon i liked in chino until i went there! ! Will definitely be going back :)

Jj nail & spa, nails great, spa is New, healthy and clean place, every service professional experience, except, jennifer a bet loud… if any one feel the service is poor please let the management know. thank you. ALL.

At first it was ok… Then they started rushing us out and doing a crappy job. When my sister complained that the nails weren’t glued on right they didn’t care. My «design» on my acrylics was just a line across the french tip and I wish I had a picture to show you how my I left with my nails looking like my 4 year old nephew drew the line.

I love this place the ladies there are so nice and friendly. I’ve been a customer since I was in high school. Not the same management but the same ladies and they do there best to make you happy. I’m really picky when it comes to my nails and pedicure and they always try to make sure they do a great job. I Will keep going back. :)

This is a great salon– I have been coming here for over 5 years all the ladies here are terrific, their work is excellent! I receive compliments every time I come from getting my nails and pedicure done, the prices are reasonable too– I would recommend this salon to anyone & everyone they are always welcoming new clients & they are always greeting EVERYONE that comes in the door so come in and try it and see how many compliments you receive :-)

Walked in. Stood there for 5 min. Nobody picked there head up to ask what I needed done. It looks dirty. There’s a random couch that looks like they picked it up from the trash.

Great salon! Glad I found this place on Unilocal!Went in for a fill and Jennifer did a great job! Not one flaw and I love my nails. I recommend this place and will definitely be coming back!

This establishment gets 2 thumbs WAY up! An added bonus is ‘careless whisper’ as sung by George Michael of WHAM fame on loop in the waxin room! JJ nails is home of thee most talented l’il hands I’ll allow to grace my face, hands and feets! Prices are super reasonable and alright in my book!
