I had a last minute order for a first communion headpiece(flower halo). I called many places and since it was also mother’s day weekend, many places said no to me. But this place gladly took my order on a Friday around 5pm and the headpiece was ready Saturday at 9am. I was very satisfied with how it came out. See picture. I recommend this place. They are friendly and will accomodate even last minute orders. Thank you so much!

First off let me start off by saying this location has great service but the flowered quality is horrible. Maybe its about time that this shop search for a new flower vendor. Reason is I spent $ 80 on a doze rose that did not even last a week. Usually when I go to a competitor they last almost 2 weeks with no issues

HORRIBLE! DON’T BUYHERE! I bought an arrangement here(paid $ 120 dlls) for the day BEFORE Valentine’s Day 2013 and they delivered it TOTHEWRONGPERSON. On top of that, the owner(Leticia) didn’t want to take responsibility for their mistake. She refused to give me even a mediocre discount for a future purchase(for the inconvenience of missing Valentine’s Day and making me look like a lame boyfriend, until I had to personally go and rescue that arrangement A DAYAFTER Valentine’s day). She said«the person who received it was maliciously to blame and should’ve given it to the appropriate person». NO! They were both at fault, the person who made the delivery and yes, the person who received it for not saying anything(I understand that) but the delivery person SHOULDHAVEHADCHECKATTHELASTNAMEOFTHERECIPIENT, not just the last name. Here’s the details below: It’s was so pathetic, not only did I miss Valentine’s Day surprise and my girlfriend just thought that I was a «a tight, unappreciative boyfriend»(I couldn’t see my gf for VDay, I live close to Six Flags and she lives in Chino, and because of work we couldn’t celebrate it the«day of» so that’s why the only way for me to make VDay special for her was to send her something), not only did she NOTRECEIVE anything on VDay and took the«special-ness» off the holiday. Not only that, but I had to take a day OFFMYWORKDAY on Feb 15 to go to my girlfriend’s job and investigate who had received the flowers. Once I found the recipient, she apologized and gave the flowers back to me, she thought they were from a secret admirer since it didn’t have a signature name. I gave them back to my gf eventually on 02/15, but this was 2days after they had delivered them and obviously after VDay. This would piss anyone off!!! As soon as I noticed that the flowers hadn’t been delivered on the scheduled evening of the 2/13, I called the flowershop, spoke to Stephanie. They«couldn’t find the order», or «none of the drivers admitted to taking the order to that spot», or «the owner was never available», etc, excuses, etc. Finally about a wk after I spoke to one of the owners, she stated that«Ok she would replace a free order», I said I didn’t need an order now maybe in a couple of months, she said«ok call me when you need the flowers». Now its May 2013 only 2 months later, my girlfriend’s and I anniversary is May 8, so I thought I could make up the VDay misfortune and called the flowershop. The owner Leticia DID remember me, but had the audacity to ask me for proof of payment and to fax it. Really? You charged it, have record of the charge but still wanna play run around? Ok, I faxed her the copy of my card statement. She received it. I called her back and she said ok I have it all here but TOOBADFORYOU«because the order was actually delivered and the confussion was NOTTHEIRFAULT. The person who received it shouldve given them back». What?! No!!! because I had specifically given my gf’s full name, the specific department where she worked at that way the delivery person didn’t get lost ANDSHESTILLGAVEITTOTHEWRONGGIRL. I’m mad at the owner because she didn’t go thru with her promised word back in Feb, «that she would give me replacement order once I needed the order». I WASN’T EVENASKINGFOR A FULLFREEARRANGEMENT, ORNEITHER A REFUND, I WASSIMPLYASKINGFOR A simple DISCOUNT on a new order and she didn’t want to. With an attitude she washed her hands. I asked if they do that to all their customers and she giggled at me. I told her I would make a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and make sure give her business a bad feedback on all possible websites and she laughed and Hung up. This is MYFIRSTFEEDBACKEVER about any business. I’ve never been the person to complain or give feedbacks, in fact I just opened this Unilocal account today JUST so u can give this feedback and save you customer from going thru the same inconvenience as I did. I’m disappointed, so I made an order with the competitor«Flowers By Lorena» in Chino(909)364−0022 and they helped me out with such enthusiasm and professionalism, the owner there Martha and even the delivery girl Mirka were great. The Flowers are on their way to my gf today and way cheaper prices. I hope she likes them and I hope you reader never have to go thru a similar situation. God bless you all.

I call shenanigans on the one other Unilocaler who gave this 1 star. I used to use Chino Florist for the longest time… I always received mediocre service, and nearly never got what I wanted in the end; however, I, being a guy, simply didn’t know any better, «A florist is a florist, right?» I told myself. Well. then it came time that I wanted something very specific, and I had two weeks notice to give… Chino Florist let me down. I moved around trying two other florists and neither of them were able to deliver. Finally, I was visiting Cannetaro’s next door to Lupita’s and thought, «Maybe this place can give me what I want.» Boy did they ever. I wanted dark purple roses, no one had ever been able to acquire them for me… I clearly explained that I didn’t want to have to pick a ‘backup rose’ of lavender color. I wanted dark purple, and other florists always failed me. The young lady at the counter said«It won’t be a problem at all, I’ll get them for you.» I told her, «If you do, you’ll have me as a customer for life.» She didn’t fail, and Lupita’s won my business. Don’t fret, these are good people :)

Lupita’s flowers is a great little business. Clean, accommodating, great prices and very friendly. I have never reviewed anything on Unilocal before, but I felt obligated to inform my locals about this great little gem in our neighborhood. I forgot an important date. I received a «congratulations» email during the day and in a panic called florists. Most couldn’t accommodate a delivery on such short notice, and the ones that did wanted to charge and a leg. Lupita’s was there to pick up the ball after I dropped it, and they did so very inexpensively. I will continue to return to this business for all my flower needs.

I am Unilocaling in behalf of my friend. HORRIBLE service, I ordered flowers for my wife for Valentines day. I informed Lupita I wanted calla Lilys she said that would not be a problem! She calls me on Valentine’s day at 930am to tell me she does not have any Calla lilys, and simply says she will have to cancel my order, she did not apologize but in return was rude and aggressive but, what she did do was offer to send my wife a dozen roses for $ 40 more then what i was originally going to spend on the calla lilys. HORRIBLEHORRIBLE service!
