Poor customer service!!! No compensation for customers having to drive out of their way, in traffic, to pick up our mattress after an error from an employee. All we asked for was for free delivery since we had driven far to pick up our mattress and the mattress was not even at the store. We called to confirm the mattress was ready for pick up before we went to get it. They confirmed the mattress was ready. Now we have to go out of our way, AGAIN, to pick it up. Let’s hope the mattress is at the store this time. The assistant manager, GLORIA, refused to give us free delivery after an error from her store. She just gave us a dumb stare after we asked for free delivery. Poor customer service! Accept your error and learn what customer service is. You’re a business. Act like one.
You promised the mattress would be ready on a Thursday and failed. You then confirmed it was there on that Thursday and it wasn’t. 2 errors definitely requires compensation!
