I love this place. I’m picky with who touches my nails but I took a risk and Jenny did my nails for me. Let’s just say I’m never going anywhere else but here. I love this place and Jenny even more! You can tell she does it with care and she knows what she is doing. My nails always last over a month and I just come back for a fill and it’s good as new. I love her! Definitely recommend !!

I didn’t have an appt so I knew I had to be patient. Arrived 12:15, seated 12:40, pedi started 12:45. The check in gal Hanna was very kind and made efforts to explain and work out delays. My pedi started first by Kim. There was something about Kim’s ability as she clipped, cut, etc. She did a really thorough job. I asked for mani completion first but they could not accommodate. Kim did occasionally speak to her co-​worker next to her which is ok, I just don’t like the non-​English communication when my service is being performed. It’s now 1:05 pm and my mani not started.:/…

Terrible experience! Rude and unwelcoming staff disrespectful. Staff became very defensive when inquiring about prices on nail services. They move very slow and we called in advance. Nails came out completely terrible with pictures to prove. While refusing to make things right. This is supposed to be a relaxing experience (think again) !
Will not be returning.

It breaks my heart to leave one star because I love Tammy. She does a great pedicure, but the place isn’t run well and I’m not impressed by anyone else. In fact, today, my cuticles are bleeding and hurting — 3 fingers were cut and the paint job is bad. To make matters worse, we had an appointment and were asked to wait, which is fine, but then the technicians were assigned to other walk ins that came in. Even though we told them we had time constraints, we were there over two hours and then they refused to explain the bill — it was $ 130 for two regular manicures and pedicures, way more than the menu pricing.

One of the best nail salons. No matter who does my nails or pedicures, it always comes out great. Susan is one of my favorites, especially when it comes to acrylics. She’s amazing. Everyone is super friendly no love in Redlands, and I still drive down here to get my nails done. I definitely recommend this place.

Came in last week for a gel mani and pedicure. The girl who did my mani complained the entire time because it took several coats to make my gel the right color. Then the lady doing my toes cut me while she was doing my toes and it got infected. So I paid for the pedicure and a $ 30 doctor copay and $ 10 antibiotics. And a swollen foot. Don’t come here.

I like coming here for my pedicures because they are fast and do a decent job. However, I don’t recommend coming here for gel manicures. I used to occasionally get my gel manicures done here as well, and I started to notice that it would peel off by the third day. They charge 35 dollars for a gel manicure, which I wouldn’t mind paying if it did not peel off in less than a week. There are other places in Chino Hills that give way better gel manicures for a better price. But if you are looking for a good pedicure, this is a good place to get them.

Cheap quality nail products got my nails done 3 days ago and one of them already chipped. Tiffany was my nail tech. She was nice but she rushed to do my nails & didn’t do a great job. The salon wasn’t even busy for her to have rushed. I’ll probably give the salon another shot but with another nail tech.

During Jenny’s previous work on my nails, she guaranteed they wouldn’t lift, and sure enough they still looked great 3 week later. I called to make an appt with Jenny after finding out she was working at this location for the weekend. I ended up waiting a little after appt time, but it was worth it because they looked beautiful!
This place is busy!

They rushed through the whole pedicure & at the end when it was time to pay, the lady tells me «next time you pay cash» because I pulled out my credit card. Needless to say, there will not be a next time!

Good pedicure
Terrible manicure seriously looks like I’ve had my nails done for a week and I’ve only had it for a day –_​–
Asked to get them fixed and they only put an additional top coat
Had to tell them to redo them and they came out looking worse.
And I’m not a picky person so when I say it’s terrible I’m not exaggerating.

Love the attention to details these ladies put. I got the mani padi, felt great and came out so pretty. Jenny did my acrylics into a claw shape, a little difficult to achieve but she did it no problem!

Got a gel manicure here and Ivy did a good job on my nails. This place was clean and everyone seemed friendly.
The only thing I was frustrated about was I didn’t have cash and the guy there didn’t want to ring up the tip with my debit card. He told me to go to the atm machine, they have inside their salon, but it said «out of order.» I recommend bringing cash.

Love this place. I was recommended Susan for my nails and honestly, I have NEVER had someone do my nails EXACTLY how I ask them to. You could show her a picture and she will do the same exact thing. She’s amazing and pays attention to ALL the details-​down to a little stray fiber.
I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect mani-​pedi done right. They’re all really nice and I hear other costumers call their girls by their names-​proving they establish a great clientele basis. I’ve finally found my girl!!! ALSO! If you choose to tip them, bring cash!!! they only take cash tips! And Make an appointment because they are always busy.

I can’t believe more people haven’t given this place 5 stars! They have a long wait time because they are that amazing! Everyone wants to come here. I have been coming here since they opened and haven’t regret it once. You don’t feel like they are talking badly about you, they don’t pressure you to do anything extra, and if you are unhappy with something they fix it without making you feel bad about it. I have referred majority of my friends here (who have been loyal clients elsewhere) and they now all use this salon. I always book my manicures with Jenny or Susan. They truly are the best. I get picture perfect nails every time. Pedicure I usually ask for Annie because she is so sweet. Sadly I had to move to Omaha and am only able to use the salon when I visit. I wish I could move them with me!
