They are the worst place ever to get any waxing done unless you want to end up with no eyebrows or anything on your face; I would highly recommend to go anywhere else for explain Ulta or Sephora even if it is more expensive.

Wow I found a new nail spot!!! This place is so clean and they have a big color selection and they have really cute nail art not the basic stuff you see every where else cant wait to go back (oh and the pedicure was really good they listen to what you want)

I wanted so badly to give this place a better rating, but I just can’t. They do use sterilized tools that come in baggies, al of the technicians wear gloves, and they have a wide variety of polishes to select from. I will give them that. I went in for a pedicure and chose to get their lavender pedi $ 25 which includes a sea salt scrub (this is one step up from their regular $ 17). I would suggest not taking the upgrade as the sea salt scrub is not worth the $ 8 extra dollars. The massage was very thorough and enjoyable, and the woman who was doing my nails always reminded me to turn my massage chair back on because I never noticed when it turned off
When she was giving me the pedicure, she pushed too hard with the cuticle pusher and it tore into my skin. I ended up walking to my car with what felt like a stubbed toe and couldn’t put any pressure on it for the next two days because it felt like I had a terrible ingrown. It started bleeding on the second day. The nail polish on two of my toes chipped — one the day I got it done, and the other the second day.

Nails broke super fast! I have never had acrylics do that. Color was bubbly. The ladies were very nice but I will not be back

Yes, the language barrier can be a bit rough, but I really love how my acrylics turned out. They also have a decent collection of nail colors (also in gel).
My pedicure was okay. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great either. What I really like about this place is how they do my acrylic manicure. The owner always does a really clean job on the shape and thickness of the acrylic. This can only be done by someone who is patient and pays attention to detail! I don’t know how else to describe it other than saying it was done really well.
I also used to come here as a teenager when it was under its previous management, so the location is nostalgic for me. I’d definitely come back for acrylics next time I’m in town!

The last review was written by my wife. This time I went with her. Actually, I surprised her with a date to the nail spa. We had dropped our boys off for date night and to her surprise, I took her for a mani-​pedi because she deserved it. The staff was attentive and polite. They made us feel very welcome even though it was close to closing. We are going to do this again when we need some time to relax with each other. I would recommend this as a good beginning to a date for any husband to plan.

I came here with my friend and rather then waiting I decided to get a manicure myself. The staff was incredibly friendly. The person who completed my manicure did a great job. My nails came away nicely trimmed, cleaned, and polished.
I do not think I will be going back to a nail saloon anytime soon, but I would confidently recommend T Nails Spa to anyone who is looking for a mani and pedi at a reasonable price.

IF YOU WANT EXPOSURE TO BLOOD BORNE PATHOGENS COME HERE! Came here to get a gel manicure and was disgusted by my experience. Coming from a medical background the first thing I look for is cleanliness. The nail burr used on my nails was taken out of the «soiled» box and made my fingers bleed. This made me think of all the people before me who also had their nails done with that same exact burr. There was also leftover polish left on one of my fingers and pieces of cotton between each layer.

Im not one to give reviews but I have to on this one, seeing that this place has so many positive ones. I don’t understand why? I made an appt at this place for obvious reasons (almost 5 stars) I did not get started until 40 minutes after my appt, I was about to leave! The guy who did my nails was very rude, did not speak, just kept pulling my hand. My pedicure was not started until almost 2 hours later! They did apologize numerous times and kept telling me to please give them good reviews. They said they were sorry but alot of walk ins came in. I thought appts got priority? I guess Ive been wrong all along! Needless to say, I will not be going back! Honestly, I dont know who writes these reviews– makes you wonder???

What a terrible experience. They ask what color I wanted and then forgot to polish my nails. Did a silk wrap on a split nail only to get home and discover that the split was now part of my wrap. I went home and polished my own nails. Cross this salon off my list.

I was ready to give up on nail salons in the area. Time after time all I was getting was horrible customer service and just really terrible looking nails, «fresh out of the salon»
Then I found Nancy! I went in late on a Monday evening and I was promptly greeted and seated. I was not able to bring up the design I wanted on my phone, Nancy popped it right up for me and didn’t just copy it, she surpassed it. Cheetah print is not easy to get right. SHE TOTALLY GOT IT! The ladies there were cordial and attentive. Even though there were discussions in another language they always made sure I was part of the conversation. I also observed a young lady who had damaged the pedi she had gotten the evening before, the ladies there quickly fixed it and at no charge!
I’m happy to say I’ve found my new nail salon.

Very good service by Paula and Michelle. Went with my friend to get a quick mani and pedi and everyone was very friendly! I’ll be going back!

Went in for the early bird special and immediately was greeted by Michelle who promptly made me comfortable in the pedicure chair. She then offered and brought me a cup of ice cold water. Two girls (didn’t catch their names) worked on my hands and feet, they were nice and very professional. Didn’t hold a conversation in their native language like most nail salons. Tried to make me comfortable with small talk. Then Paula came in to do my reverse French manicure. She was unfamiliar with it and this was her first time attempting, but I feel she nailed it (no pun intended). She communicated with me and made sure I was happy with the outcome. She also was very sweet and made small talk with me. All in all, I really like this nail salon. Great atmosphere and customer service. I would definitely recommend to a friend and will be returning in the near future.

Service was wonderful. Better than I ever had at any other nail salon. They truly care about your time there and want you to be comfortable and relaxed. Julie is amazing. I showed get an image of what I wanted and I got exactly that! Tony was great too as he made sure my time there was the best. I will be back for sure!

This place is so great! The customer service is AMAZING! Everyone on staff that I dealt with was so nice, professional and courteous. Also, my pedicure and gel manicure and look wonderful. I would definitely recommend this salon and will return!

I’ve been looking for my go to nail spa. Looks like I found it. Amazing customer service and very helpful staff. I LOVE MY NAILS!

I am here right now with my mom. My manicurist, Julie, did a very good job on my red glitter gel. She was quick but still detailed and she did not hurt me while cutting the skin around my cuticles. That is my pet peeve when they draw blood while cutting the skin around your cuticles!!! Good prices too $ 25 for gel mani and $ 10 for reg. mani. The staff is very also friendly. I will be returning:)
