Starbucks

Just ordered a Venti Iced Coffee with easy Ice. Black Gentleman who took my order was polite and courteous, Blonde Young Lady who made my drink put average amount of Ice, while on the company phone answering questions about Albertsons (go figure). I politely interrupt her about easy Ice, without an apology takes my cup opens the lid, scoops out the Ice, proceeds to close the lid, dawns on her there’s less coffee, reopens the lid, adds more coffee, closes the lid and puts it right on the counter while still on the phone. Never bothers to look at me nor an attempt to apologize, just a look of annoyance (don’t know if it’s because of my request to have my order filled correctly or the person on the phone or perhaps both causing her irritation).
The Black Gentleman deserves 5 stars. The Blonde Young Lady is entitled to No stars. Unfortunately, an overall rating is based on the overall customer experience. Therefore, this Starbucks location deserves the lowest Unilocal rating based on the inconsistent rude customer service.
I will not return to this Starbucks location. Furthermore, I will share my experience with friends and colleagues who frequent this Starbucks location.

I love this Starbucks, by far my favorite one to go to. This one isn’t the closest to my home, but they are so amazing. Half the baristas know my name and my order. One of the girls even remembers me and my order when she’s not working. I always feel more like a friend here more than a customer. This place is amazing and management is clearly doing a wonderful job! Keep it up!

Always do mobile orders here and they always have it when they say they will. I’ve only had two incidents where my drink came out wrong but they were on it and fixing my drink when I pointed then mixup out. Happy sipping!

Hey Jordan, thanks for adding the caramel to my vanilla bean frap last minute at no charge. I know you guys just got hassled by an irritated customer before me and that can take a toll on anyone so I appreciate the extra service. I’m driving home in traffic on a Friday when it’s actually raining in SoCal so am a bit off my game. Thanks for the small but bright sparkle of kindness. Next order I’ll get it right at the register.

I come here very often, and they always greet me with a friendly service. I would say this place is one of the «best» Starbucks out of many.

I had good experiences visiting this location. The costumer service was great, the employees all had smile in their face and were prompt with taking orders and making drinks.

So I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for a while now and this one in particular can get really busy, everyday, but that does not mean you won’t have a great experience. The staff is very friendly and well focused. Moreover, the inside is well maintained and always clean. Jill is the best and is very nice, and never fails to show off her beautiful smile whenever she takes your order. June is another barista there and is pretty cool too!

Today was a good day at this location. Purchased a defective Xmas Swarovski Crystal Mug a few weeks ago, staff gladly exchanged the mug and gave me a free drink for the inconvenience. Thank you !

The staff at this location are not always the friendliest. I much prefer to go to the location off chino ave (although they are often very busy). There are maybe 2 or 3 staff members that I have enjoyed ordering from. The others act like you are a burden. Drinks are generally made correctly and taste good tho. The parking can be a pain here at time also.

I was just here this morning. Men’s bathroom was out of tissues with puss splattered all over the seat. I decided not to get coffee here.

No matter the line, service is always fast and very nice people. Sam is always very nice and does his job very well. Makes you feel welcome.

Mobile order is not great, it maybe easy but if they run out of ur drink u gotta wait longer for it (depends on how busy it is). But service is good wouldn’t mind coming back except for mobile order.

I’ve ordered chocolate chip cookies twice from this location and they never have enough of them in the shelf. I mean, I come in the afternoon and in the evening… always short! Do you have a cookie monster back there eating them all? Why is there never more than 1 choco-​chip cookie in the shelf? Huh Starbucks… I’m talking to YOU! Playing with a kids emotions over here by denying me my TWO cookies, you suck.

I have been coming to this particular Starbucks for a while now and I am confident enough to say that this is the best around the area. I have been in this Starbucks when it has been calm and also when it has been busy. I have seen the reactions of customers who are impatient when they are here during rush hour and also those who are accepting that they came in during a «bad time». I observed their system whenever it is rush hour and I personally believe they are well organized; some people do not give them credit for their hard work, especially when under pressure. All the baristas have amazing customer service and I know the regulars who come in agree with me. The regulars who come are known by their first name and you can tell they enjoy the morning conversation before starting the day. I highly recommend this Starbucks!

I go to Starbucks at least 5 times a week in La Palma and 2 days a week to this location. I wish all Starbucks were like this one. The guys that work here make the best drinks and are super friendly.

I had the worst experience at this Starbucks location. It started out well enough, I went in and was working on a project. I chose Starbucks as I know they have outlets to plug my laptop into as I don’t have long battery life so I needed to plug in.
I was working away on my project and about 7 minutes to closing a gal came over and said rather curtly I’m closing in 7 minutes. I started to wrap up what I was doing to save my changes and the next thing I know it is 10pm and she was very rude and yelled from behind the counter we are closed its 10 pm. I understand from my years in the quick service food industry that once closing time comes you want to get out of there, but to be rude and matter of fact about it, in my opinion is uncalled for. There’s a way you can say things…
Anywho the beverages were good and I appreciated the space to work, but next time I’ll look for another location. I suggest you do the same…

What goes on here? I have a friend who goes to this Starbucks location every morning and can’t function to save her life if she doesn’t «have her Starbucks». I also have a cousin in Simi Valley who is exactly the same way, so its not just this location where this kind of thing is going on.
I’m seriously beginning to wonder if there is something more than just coffee in their coffee. I mean both my friend and my cousin will be absolute monsters if they don’t get their Starbucks fix — and then after they get it, they are like the happiest people in the world and nothing at all can bother them. Its downright freaky!
But that having been said, the very few times I have gotten coffee at a Starbucks with friends or family the coffee was indeed very tasty and mighty strong too.
I guess the saying «all things in moderation» aptly applies here. Lol!

Didn’t read any reviews for this business but I needed coffee and this was the closest to me.
I’ve been here quite a bit and have to say that to date they are always: fast, friendly and accurate. They always great me well usually have someone ask you if they could get ur drink started even before you pay and they get it right. Can really complain.
