I see why this place has a low star rating. The girl working the front counter was extremely rude. And what’s the point of having a car wash when it’s never open?!

Since posting this, the rude immature girl behind the counter has commented on this post; not to apologize, but to be combative and snarky again. This manager should figure out how to hire better employees… Although it IS a gas station so I guess you get what you pay for.

Today I was nearby and my tire pressure was low in one tire (26 PSI). I stopped at this gas station to add air, which I’ve done before to numerous cars. I actually made my tire flat (2 PSI) because the machine wasn’t working properly. When I went in, I was told «There was a sign on it yesterday» and they would not refund the $ 3 I put into the machine. I was told to call the number on the machine, which was just to report it working incorrectly, not get a refund. Whoever the manager was did not come out of his office to speak with me. Very unprofessional and poor customer service. I recommend driving the extra mile and choosing the Arco or 7 – 11 down the road.

As a diesel driver, I feel obligated to right this review. All the previous reviewers are spot on with the credit card terminals. They are slow. They are outdated. They often times end up not even working. But, they just replaced all the diesel handles and are the only station in the immediate area that sell diesel. I appreciate that.

Credit card machine is broken constantly and now at the car wash it was broken too. Did not have exact change so wound up overpaying for the car wash with cash. Went inside to get the change since we received a receipt that said we overpaid. Was told that their policy was that they could not refund the cash. What the heck!!!

If it wasn’t because this station is so close to home, I would probably never come here.
Here are quick pros, cons and friendly tips I believe most regulars would agree with.
Cons:
— The prices aren’t competitive.
— Random credit card machines are consistently out of service.
— A couple of the pumps don’t lock properly, meaning you have to hold the handle down or keep engaging them.
— You’ll always see pumps out of service.
Pros:
— You can get free air by pressing the button inside the convenient store. It’s located on the counter just as you walk in on the left. Air machine is digital, fast, and easy to use.
— The convenient store is clean and so are their bathrooms.
— Workers are friendly
— They have a Redbox!
TIP!!: 76 on Chino Hills Pkwy is usually best priced around the area unless you go to Costco Gas. Also, if you pay debit then ARCO on C.H. Pkwy is cheaper.

Credit card machines are always broken at the pump and when they work, they are super slow. It’s the nearest gas station to our home and it’s the most inconvenient. I’ve placed a complain about this issue before to the manager and all they can say is sorry. How about fix your machines?

I use to frequent the car wash here but after my last visit I will need to find another place. The wash no longer rinses clean and I have left here twice with rainbow streaks on my white car. I also noticed that the dryer shuts off before the timer counts down all the way. No bueno!!!

I love the cheap soda, hate the car wash, gas prices aren’t the worst. Super disappointed about the car wash since I live just around the corner! I usually go to the Shell off of Temple (which is way better) but I was excited about this one being closer :(

This Mobil Circle K is a combination gas station/​car wash/​food mart/​dvd rental place. It use to be my «go to» car wash in this area because it was touchless. NOT ANYMORE! It’s now a rubber brush wash. Prices are $ 7÷9÷11. The undercarriage rinse doesn’t wait for you, it starts as soon as the car wash is ready. So if you have a slow car ahead of you or you’re not paying attention, it’ll be a missed opportunity. Once you land on «the spot» there is this initial brush spin away from the vehicle that makes you think, «Am I in the right spot?» Yes you are! When it’s time to blow dry you only have 60 seconds. The blowers are only topside, none on the side. So a lot water is remaining on the car after :(Better bring something for a wipe down. Tires looked pretty clean after. Even with the brushes, it still didn’t clean the front end very well. Didn’t see any obvious scratches which is my nightmare with spinning brushes. Eh, it was okay. Nothing to rave about here. Just like Daniel T. says, gas prices are hit or miss & the Red Box is outside of the food mart.

On the Run is now a Circle K. But, still a Mobil gas station with car wash.

This station is hit or miss with the prices. Sometimes its cheaper than the average place and sometimes more expensive.
Just check gasbuddy.
I’m usually here to get redbox too and not gas.
