Husband and I finally went after hearing and reading how great this place is. The employees were very welcoming and gave us some food to sample while we waited for our food to go. We ordered the mini pack which consisted of a whole chicken, flour tortillas, salsa, potato salad, rice and beans. Food was delicious. Highly reocommend this place. Will definetly go back soon!!!

You know what they say when someone tries to imitate others? That’s right, it’s never as good. Such is the case here. It tries hard to imitate juan pollo including the side dishes but, sorry, they taste bland. The chicken is close but kinda dry. If you really want to have Juan pollo but for some reason, you can’t get to one, this is probably your best alternative in the area.

Im surprise how good this place is. The chicken taste exactly like juan pollo. Too bad the place doesnt look inviting from outside. I mean this is chino hills, not pomona/ontario. The place also needs maintenance. It felt like 95 degrees inside. Fix your ac. gotta spend money to make money ;)

Rotisserie chicken, very moist and tasty. Loved the sides, especially the patato salad and the rice. The place is clean, the service very friendly, we would definitely eat here again when in the mood for healthy fast-food.

I love this place! Chicken is so juicy and tender. Beans, rice, salsas, tortillas and potato salad are deliciously homemade. Servings are more than expected. Been here like 3 times already and I might be getting hooked :) This place is new & I hope they become so popular that they stay long term, but I hope their quality & prices don’t change. Prices are unbeatable. Though their service may take a minute if they’re busy, it’s definitely worth the wait. Everything is fresh and employees are putting it all together as it is ordered. Employees are very nice and welcoming. You gotta try this place!

Great rotisserie chicken dishes! I love their chicken salad but they have really good chicken tacos, nachos, and chicken bowls(with rice beans and cheese). The meat has a really good flavor and all the dishes have fresh ingredients. The employees are very friendly and the place is clean and very reasonably priced. My coworkers and I try to go there for lunch every week. I would recommend it to anyone!

DELICIOUS rotisserie chicken!!! The sides are yummy and fresh. The red chili sauce/salsa is to die for! I find myself saving this sauce and using it on everything days after buying it and it’s still delicious. The chicken is moist and whatever marinade they’re using is excellent. The couple running the place are pleasant and friendly. I hope they never leave the area because it’s so close to where I live. My mouth is salivating while I’m typing this hahha. Yes, that’s how good it is! :)

I believe the name is San Juan Pollo. i was very surprised at the quality of the food. i thought it was the burrito place because there are two signs, so it was confusing, but i’ll give them a pass since they are a new business. Removing an old sign is not very cheap and since they are barely starting im sure they rather put that money for something else… sign aside, the food was really good. juan pollo has declined a lot with their chicken quality, which is now mostly dry… san juan’s chicken was very moist and the salad and rice were equally delicious. check out the place and see for yourself. they now accept atm. i will go back.

What does it say about a business when they move on into the site of former business and don’t take down the old sign. Burrito Cachanilla moved out a few weeks ago and San Juan Pollo moved in. Curious, I ventured in the other day after picking up my cloths from the cleaners next door. They sell rotisserie chicken and all the accoutrements. Walking in I noticed that the steam table trays were empty, the shelves behind the counter were empty and the drink refrigerator was empty. It had the feel of a place had been quickly abandoned. I made my way to the back of the store where I found the employee who greeted me and immediately apologized for not being able to accept ATM cards. With that out of the way he gave me a printed copy of the menu and I made my selection. A combination that included a whole rotisserie chicken, tortillas, rice, beans, potato salad and salsa all for $ 12.99. I paid and he pulled the bird from a warmer, cut it up, gathered the rest of the items and bagged them very nicely so there would be no spillage on the way home. Everything was delicious and filling. A good deal for the price. 3 Stars because the chicken was good and somewhat easy to get.
