This office is not an honest office. My experience was that I walked in they had me sign a lot of paper work stating that they will be honest and reveal all charges prior to stating any procedure. After filling out the paperwork I was taken to the back x rayed and then prior to my procedure the cost was $ 160, I agreed, procedure was completed and I paid my bill. About 3 hours later I received a call from Christine who informed me they misinformed me and my bill is $ 1300. After Christine couldn’t collect from me they sent Debbie from billing, I paid the higher bill to avoid these people sending me to a collection office This is an illegal practice, if something similar happens to you do what I’m doing Unilocal it, file a complaint with the bbb, the department of insurance and California Board of Podiatric Medicine. This practice must be stopped.

Dr. Taylor has seen me for both a foot and ankle injury within the last year. She is a very caring and compassionate doctor. She never makes me feel like she is rushing, and always has your best interest at heart. I have even referred several friends to her. Her staff is always helpful and pleasant. I almost feel like a part of the family when I go to this office.

would not go back to this place, Just did not feel right will be looking for a new Podiatry. Be ready to have your photo taken on your first visit.

Be aware, Over priced for its office visit, 10 minutes costs over $ 100 USD. I wouldn’t go back again.

As a previous reviewer has already stated, the short story is, stay away from this Dr. and office!!! All they care about is charging your insurance. I am a runner and I injured my foot. Not only was I given orthotics to start using, but I was also sold a foot brace for rehab. Here is where it gets deceitful by the Dr. and her office. I never wanted the foot brace. When the assistant came in to measure my foot for the ‘custom’ brace, I asked how much this would cost me. He stated that since I had almost met my insurance deductible, it would only cost $ 75. Even though I didn’t want it, for $ 75 I decided to go ahead and try it out. Fast forward a month when I get a bill from the Dr. for $ 600 for the foot brace!!! I asked what this was all about and they claimed that my insurance decided not pay the full amount they were charging and so I was obligated to pay it. I tried setting up meetings with them to discuss, and they had problems getting the right people into the office and then I had to cancel one meeting because of a conflict on my side. I called them and asked to re-​schedule and they said they would get back to me. Fast forward again a few months and I have a collection agency contacting me about a bill I owe the Dr. office. This is the worst experience with customer service I have ever had. They are liars and cheats in this office. Again, all they care about is charging your insurance, and not about doing what is right, and more importantly, what is right for you as a patient. STAY AWAY!!!
