1st Visit: I am a hardcore pizza lover, so when I arrived I was being a total critic. We ordered an XL pepperoni. To my surprise the pizza was so good considering they were located inside a gas station. I was def hooked. «If that was the first and last time visiting this place» I would have given them 5 stars bc the pizza was good, I came back for more. 2nd Visit: I ordered the individual HUGE sausage & pepperoni pizza slice and it was AMAZING! No complaints– very happy. 3rd Visit: This is why I am giving them 2 stars. There is a «check in» coupon for a free giant pizza slice with purchase of a drink. Naturally I use that coupon but the girl at the counter immediately gives me an attitude and says I need to buy a drink.(Um I know that, the coupon says it in blk & white) anyways I order a pepperoni slice and an order of $ 9.0010 pc mozzarella sticks. I asked how long it would take since I already had known they take fairly long. The girl is visibility annoyed by my question, turns around and asks the cook how long it would take for my slice/sticks and he annoyed as well says about 45 min. 45 freaking minutes for a slice of pizza and cheese sticks. Ok whatever! I come 45 min later, pick up my food and once I’m ready to fully indulge I am stopped by how horribly soggy and nasty the pizza looks but I eat it anyway. It wasn’t anything like the pizza I remember. It’s bland and can barely hold its own. I bite into the mozzarella sticks and there’s no damn cheese! None! The fact that I spent almost $ 15 for this food was really getting under my skin. I recently went to purchase gas from the gas station in which they are located in and surprisingly have discovered that they went out of business. Reading the Unilocal reviews and from my own personal experience I could see why. Word of advice to the owner: HIRE friendly employees and FIRE the old ones. There needs to be more than 3 people running a business especially when the reviews are complaining about timing. Sometimes there would only be one guy working, making the pizza and then have to close up to deliver. I just can’t wrap my head around that.

What is wrong with this place. I have tried to eat lunch here a couple times and they were not open. Lazy workers cannot even open on time. Says it opens at 11. Past noon and closed. Not going to ever try them again. And it is not the greatest pizza either.

Pizza was great. Tons of toppings and awesome flavor. Plus they have online ordering(including tip) and they deliver to Eastvale. 5 stars for the pizza alone. Took off 2 stars for dessert, which was awful. $ 5 for a cannoli and it was less than mediocre: the filling had way too much orange flavor(less is more) and the shell was soft & chewy(a huge no-no when it comes to cannolis). My guess is they pre-assemble the cannolis for the entire day. Can’t imagine why, it’s not rocket science nor hugely inconvenient to assemble them on-demand. Makes a big difference. Were it not for the pizza, I don’t think I’d go back.

This food will kill you. Pizza is nasty. This is the 3rd time and I’m done. The one thing I can say is there consistent on making sure your pizza is late, cold and gross. Probably the worst in chino hills. I should have known I mean the place is inside a gas station. I’m just gonna stick to chino hills pizza co, or jojos. Don’t waste your money here unless you like wet bread with old sliced slim jims and ketchup as marinara sauce. Literally that would probably taste better!

Easy place to find right off the 71 fwy and Butterfield Ranch Rd., located inside of a gas station. There is a Unilocal check-in available for a free slice of a 1 topping pizza with the purchase of a regular drink. The slices are huge! It is basically a small pizza. There gimmick is the size of the slice or the way it is packaged inside a grand triangular box. It’s all about volume with the box. It takes up a lot of space so it looks like you are getting a lot for your dough. After a night of drinking I was I the mood for a late snack and I wasn’t feeling the 2 for 99 cent tacos from Jack in the Crack next door and wanted something a bit more substantial that was not a burger. Went with a slice of the vegetarian pizza with a drink and a slice of pepperoni for my wife. We should have shared one slice of pizza but I saw free for the check in so I went for it. Way too much pizza for me and the wife. The toppings were plentiful. I did not like the sauce. It was a bit too sweet for me and the dough was flimsy. The staff was nice and gave us a bunch of coupons. I may return again to try a different menu item but it just wasn’t for me. I guess I will still be in search for that perfect pizza. Happy eating!

This is to confirm you should read and trust Unilocal reviews. But then sometimes you need to try for yourself. I was in the mood for a good meatball sandwich. Unfortunately Domino’s doesn’t have Meatball Sandwiches so we decided to look elsewhere. I did look at the stars which at that time was 3 of 5. I didn’t read them. 1st off I live in I guess«central Chino Hills»? near Peyton and Valle Vista. When I went to their web site and put in my address it said«Doesn’t deliver to your address.» Couldn’t believe it, they are only in Butterfield Ranch so I called them. The guy said«Oh our computers have been messing up». That seems to me like something you would call tech about right away but he said he would deliver to us. I thought that was nice but I also got no apology or «Thank you for taking the time to call anyway here’s a «free desert or some kind of appreciation for giving us your business» he just took the order and said it would take(get this) 45 min to 1 ½ hrs for delivery. I though well that seems long but i’ve been a Pizza Delivery driver before and know how Saturday nights can be. So, 1 ½ goes buy almost 2 hrs, wife says call them maybe they forgot our order. I called and the guy said«it’s on it’s way». Again no apology or anything. 10 min later the delivery driver arrived. Nice guy. He said well we usually don’t deliver more than 5 miles away but sometimes we make conceptions. I wish they hadn’t made one for us. Wife ordered Penne with Meat sauce and I could tell by her expression she didn’t like it. So i tasted it. No taste whatsoever. My meatball sandwich wasn’t much better. The meatballs were smaller than a golf ball and the sauce was less than to be desired. Not only that but our meal must have been in the delivery car for at least an hr and a half as they were cold. I’m sorry this didn’t work out as we need more good restaurants in Chino Hills and I’m afraid this is not one of them. 2 stars only because the Delivery Driver was nice.

THE best pizza in Chino Hills. Jojo’s is a mile away from our house. But I drive 10 miles to BMP whenever we have cravings for pizza. It’s worth it.

I’m very sad to give this place one star however it is deserved. I called to make an order the man who answered the phone seemed very annoyed when I asked if he had any deserts. I ordered the make a tea with pink sauce and added shrimp with garlic bread. The order came our to $ 21. When I got my food there where no shrimp and it was the most bland pasta I think I have ever had! The sauce needed to be stirred in as well.(See picture) I used to love this place but they have really gone down hill!

Placed a delivery order for lunch. Food arrived warm, but would say most of the food is mediocre. I got the Chicken Parmesan with penne, and garlic cheese bread. Didn’t find the price for the bread reasonable for the amount you get. It was basically the amount of a small sandwich roll made into toast, and was hard and not very flavorful. The dish was okay, pasta over cooked like most places that deliver, sauce want anything special and the chicken was like a pounded crispy chicken piece with some shredded park thrown on after. I used the EAT app to order. They were on time with delivery. But didn’t provide the drink option I requested, nor did they call to see, if my option wasn’t available, that I would be okay with something else. Would I order again? Not sure.

Rating is solely based on customer service because I am yet to receive my pizza after 90 minutes. When I called he put me on hold so fast that I wasn’t even sure I called right place, so I hung up and called back. I finally got someone on the phone and asked about my order status and he tells me that he «has no idea about the status» umm I thought it was a joke. I placed my orders using my Unilocal app(eat24) mind story short he places me on hold for someone to tell me it will be another 15 minutes. Wow so 90 minutes is not enough time to wait for a pizza, I forgot to mention we literally live about 3 minutes away. Too bad my son is sick or else I would have canceled my delivery and go elsewhere! So I just received my pizza and putting aside their horrible customer service the pizza taste like it was cooked in the microwave. It would of been better off with a frozen pizza at home.

The service is poor and the pizza is undercooked. We ordered by phone for pickup and were told it would be ready in 25 minutes. When we arrive 25 minutes later, not only is our pizza not ready, it’s barely being put into the oven. After waiting inside for another 20 minutes, we finally get out pizza. My Husband asked why the long wait and was told«it’s busy.» No apology, just an indifferent response. To make matters worse, the pizza was undercooked and doughy. They’re so «busy» they probably pull the pizzas out too soon.

Came here tonight and was in awe that a huge slice of pizza was FREE with Unilocal Checkin with purchase of fountain drink. The pizza was NY style, it was good, not great but definitely crisp, thin and cheesy! The service was Ok, not overly friendly but not rude. Howevee, when i called, like other Unilocalers, i was put on hold for a long time and all I wanted to ask was if there were still open and at the same location(since some Unilocalers posted that it closed down). The ranch dressing tastes homemade and the slice of pizza was HUGE(barely ate ¼ of it)… for $ 2, it makes the best dinner deal around and you’ll have leftovers! More like a 3.5 but I’ll round up due to the affordable cost!

Really great pizza, but the time we waited took off a star. The gentleman said 15 minutes for an extra large 3 topping pizza and it took nearly 35 minutes for it to be ready. We called it in on our way home & we were hoping it wouldn’t be too long to get it. I will say that it was definitely worth the wait. We love the extra crisp on the crust, the sauce and the quality. We had a bacon, pepperoni and pineapple pizza and the four of us loved it. I have tried other options in the past and I’ve always been satisfied.

WOW. I can’t speak to their food, but their customer service is TERRIBLE. I called to see if I could get an estimate for time of pickup versus delivery(after seeing delivery takes 45 – 60 minutes on Unilocal) and I never got an answer.

So this place was just okay for me. I like how they have fun stuff like eating contest type things which make it exciting, I would love to see a group tackle the $ 300 pizza!!! The place is located inside a gas station, so that is a bit weird. The pizza is definitely new York style pizza, which means it doesn’t have the amole amount of cheese that is a necessity for me to fall in love with it. Basically the pizza was good, but nothing special that I feel like I need to rave about. I probably wouldn’t come back here unless someone brought me back leftovers or something. Its jot a place that I would go out of my way to hit. If I don’t have Big Mamas & Papas pizza in my life, I’ll survive and carry on with a smile on my face knowing that I’m spending my money at places that make me crazy for their food.

Not a huge fan of the inside the gas station location, but the food was pretty good and I did appreciate the service. We ordered online to save a few bucks which turns out isn’t needed as the prices are a bit lower in store than online?!! By the time we got there half an hour after ordering they hadn’t checked their online orders since and pulled up my order then which was pretty annoying. I had the greek salad as well as a calzone and both were really tasty. My husband had a pizza gondola, apart from the egg being super runny, it was good, we will ask for them well done next time. The pizza was ok, a bit thin and skimpy on topping, the calzone and gondola were much better. They have a bit of seating and our order came out within 15 minutes so it turned out fine, still wouldn’t rush back here as it was a bit pricey and the quality wasn’t the best.

Review is for call in for delivery I craved spaghetti and meatballs, and this place showed up on Unilocal,so I give it a try. They don’t do delivery to my place but the guy who answered the phone said they will do it this time, but not next time. Anyway my order was here after 45 minutes after a call. All the food were yummy, tasty and flavorful; service was nice(the driver took his time handing out and checking from the receipt if I have my ordered right). The price is affordable, I get what I paid for. And since they are not gonna deliver to my place(–1*) I’ll pick the food up myself next time, just bc the food, the service and the price are thumps up. It’s only 12 minutes from my home anyway And for people who have not try this place give it a try. Do not let some bad reviews push you away from something you may like or love.

* This review is for delivery via the EAT24 app* I avoided this place in the past because of dubious reviews, but decided to give this a shot when I saw it pop up as a delivery option on my app. The food came in a timely manner, it took them about 35 minutes. –garlic bread; it tasted like any other garlic bread, nothing special but not bad either –The Allen pizza; thin crust, white sauce, Feta cheese, tomatoes, oregano, cilantro, fresh basil and ricotta. This pizza was delicious, savory and piping hot. The was very thin and crispy and I really love the toppings –spaghetti with marinara and meatballs; I’ve never had spaghetti with penne pasta before but the sauce was nicely made and the meatballs were very delicious. They had actually forgotten my meatballs upon the first delivery but the driver was nice enough to come back after 10 minutes when realized he left it in his car. I’ll Definitely order delivery from this place again, they have a very extensive menu. :) Tip: require a $ 10 minimum for delivery.
