Let’s start with they deleted all of my emails and contact. Their response to me was well it is a free service.
When are we going to get the right to choose any cable company in any area. instead of somebody dictating the company we must choose. That way it would help us all out Comcast charter Anne Cox cable would all have to earn our business
We know the CEOs of these companies really just a lot of money they don’t care about service

Too much to write but I’ll just leave a couple main points: From the moment I open the door for the technician who said he doesn’t do any drilling or any type of installation in basements. Then I had to wait two weeks after moving into my new home to have another technician come out and to do the work pretty decently. Work that should’ve already been done the first time around but the guy was too lazy to do a job.
Or is it The fact that all of my setup boxes keep resetting for no reason and none of the shows coming properly pet. You pick but I’ll tell you this is the worst service provider I’ve ever had. Moving from Boston and going from Verizon Fios to this is like a steak for a hamburger. Is Xfinity available yet?
