If I could give zero stars I would.
My fiancé and I were in town for a friends wedding, and it was also parents weekend for Chico State, so this was pretty much the only room left, and we mistakenly took it.
The fridge in the room did not work, and had leftovers in it that were not ours.
The AC smelled horribly of a mixture of urine and mildew when we turned it on, so we opted to just accept the 90 degree heat.
The TV had no remote.
The ceiling in our room was sagging over the bed, and had a piece of plywood screwed over another part to patch some other hole/​leak.
We were surprised to find out that we were actually sharing the room– with cockroaches.
I have absolutely no idea how this hotel is legally allowed to be operating and charging people to stay in such terrible, disgusting conditions. You are better off sleeping in your car.

Quite possily the worst hotel known to mankind. All the reviews are accurate. Just an all out pit which we walked out after 10 minutes. The front desk guy gave me my money back with zero resistance. It’s like it happens all the time for him. You’d have to be passed out hammered to stay here. Are there negative stars available?

So horrible. Paid 75 $ for a room that NOTHING worked in. Half the lights wouldn’t turn on, missing lampshades, the smoke detector was hanging off the wall, holes in the walls, stains on everything from lampshades to walls, TV didn’t work, the phone didn’t even work to call the front desk with my concerns. After pounding on the door to the office for ten minutes we were relocated to a room half a step better because everything worked, but it smelt like a cat litter box, and there were cockroaches all over outside. Just awful I will never again go here. Pay the extra 30 $ to stay across the street at quality inn, it’s the ritz compared to this filthy dump.

This place is okay. The Internet is terrible. The king bed rooms are decent for a 65 dollar room. They have a fridge microwave and normal TV programs HBO. I don’t watch much so not sure what other hotels offer. has a pool but it’s not so clean. But I have stayed in some pretty seedy hotels and this isn’t one. It’s on the border but on the nicer side.

This place really needs to be shut down. There was a homeless brawl in the lobby when I went to check in so I left out of concern for my safety. Yes, it is that bad.

By far one of the worst hotels I have been to! There were two roaches running around when I walked in then went to the bathroom and another little ant thing running around the floor in there! I highly do not recommend staying here the price is less for a reason!

So I went to visit some friends up in Chico State and needed a place to stay. The place was simple and cute, the staff was super friendly too. It’s super close to the campus and food places, plus it’s a really good price. Also the maintenance was quick to fix my AC when it stopped working. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a clean and affordable place to stay!
