The greatest fast food burger around! The meat is fresh, not frozen, and the fries are made from fresh cut potatoes. There is usually a crowd, but the workers never take a break and are always friendly.

I am not impressed by you In-​N-​Out, Chico! You almost always forget my onions and a couple times you’ve given me tummy aches. Ew. That means sumthin aint right!
Your line is really long like all the other In-​N-​Outs but I’m convinced it’s because people here don’t know any better. There is no other In-​N-​Out. There is no Habit, no five guys, no Umami Burger. They just don’t know!
Chico In-​N-​Out, I will not eat you any more.

Usual in and out for always good food give me take a long time to get through the drive thru but of because it’s popular

Fast, and good food for the price. I like to stop in on a drive and get something to go.

Pretty standard In-​N-​Out. One of the busiest and crowded I’ve been too though. The fries were a bit soggy, but likely because they were so busy.

Shout out to the night crew (1230 pm) on 6÷15÷2015 …we were super busy at enloe that night and we decided to grab some food… I ran over (called to ok it ahead of time) and the manager Jesse I believe took the order!!! It doesn’t seem like much but from past experience other places they did not have to accept a large order 30 mins prior to closing.. We ordered 17 burgers including double doubles and tons if fries. The team worked fast and with a smile on their face… order was completely correct … I really appreciate it

Good place for burger lovers sometimes a it’ll busy but worth the waiting my kids love the shake and burger

So I LOVE in n out. I used to work two minutes from one in the bay and they knew my order by heart. So I went to this one least night and no surprise super busy but I expected it. I got a burger animal with animal fries. My daughter cheese burger no onions and regular fries. The food was fine until this morning when I started to feel queasy. I was in and out of the bathroom all day. My daughter puked all over her shirt and was sent home because she wasn’t feeling good. In n out was the only thing that we ate the same yesterday. And I called HQ and she offered me comps but the idea of in n out won’t happen for awhile. And then she said nobody else has called to complain so there is not much they can do. So what how many people have to call sick before they do something. And honestly I don’t think it was the product. I think they were in such a rush out food wasn’t cooked very well.

Don’t go if you are in a hurry. Compared to other cities, this one is slow as heck…
I love In and Out but this one is pretty bad. It is usually beyond slow and they get my order wrong about 80% of the time. I don’t even order anything complicated! When I came in today to have them fix a burger (missing one standard ingredient) I was ignored even though the place was unusually empty and no one was in line. They didn’t even look at me and I was a foot away. !!! Weird.

I can’t ever really find anything to complain about here I like to take short quick lunch breaks an have great food while I do so an this place really helps me achieve that. Great service an always pretty quick for me too I love it.
ANIMAL STYLE!

We love to eat at this In N Out Burger. Probably 9 ½ times out of 10 it is a great meal for a fair price with excellent service. That other ½ out of 10 times my burger might not be quite as well done as asked for or too much or too little lettuce. But overall usually a great burger!

Best darn burger in Chico! Consistently top quality and fresh ingredients! If you have ate here then you’re missing out!

Obsessed with this place. Major plus, in my many years eating at this place, I’ve never gotten an order wrong ;) haha! Double-​Double, Protein Style, no tom, yes grilled onions, extra spread on the side.

We don’t usually get fast food often but yet again, this isn’t really «fast food» and yet it is. Confused yet?
This place has old school Cali written all over it. I frequently hear friends and relatives on the east coast yearn for a burger from this place and then devour one the moment they spot an In-​N-​Out on the side of a west coast freeway.
I love the ideals of this burger chain – fresh cut fries, and fresh everything. Nothing fake. They actually serve actual food. Sure the drive-​thru is long with cars but the restaurant in chalk full of workers trying to get your semi non-​processed food to you quickly (not %100 sure processed/​not processed ratio).

Extremely uncomplicated menu, is reasonably priced, and all is well executed by the staff.
So here’s a milkshake and fries «cheers» to an old-​fashioned burger joint. Who knows. Maybe there are plans to expand to the east of the U. S of A.

They are always consistent, except for their animal style fries… in the bay area, the fries are the size of a meal. Here they are pretty small most of the time

I dont consider myself a fastfood person. You wont see me at mcdonalds or burger king. Ever. But I will always eat at In n Out. Delicious burgers. Awesome fries. You can tell you are eating actual real food which is nice. If you need a burger fix come to in n out. Animal style is a must– those grilled onions make all the difference. Shakes taste like actual ice cream instead of salt which is rare. Popular place, expect a wait. Crowded if you try to sit inside– the outdoor tables are the place to be!

Friendly service, helpful staff, clean facility, and outdoor deating! Most fast food chains don’t get good ratings, even from me, but this particular in and out is awesome. I love their burgers and despite being always busy, they are quick, clean, and efficient in their work so the wait is not much. I recommend this particular branch.

We all know In-​N-​Out is good. And usually fairly quick, I mean, it IS fast food. However, this location took FOREVER getting my order ready. Granted, I was going through the drive through– it SHOULD have been relatively quick BEING that it WAS the «drive through». Upon pulling up to the menu, I was asked to «hold on just moment»… tick tock… tick tock… tick tock… tick tock… ½ a song finished on the radio and I yelled out «HELLO??’ I FINALLY got a response and it was, «I’m sorry, just a few more minutes». At this point, I could have gone to the store, bought pint of ice cream and bag of potatoes and made my own milk shake AND french fries.
JEEZUS!!! WTF could be taking SO long??? ½ a month later, the voice apologizes again and I’m able to put in my order. Evidently, they had the people who ride the short bus working the night shift because even the car in front of me had to wait forever once they were up at the food pick up window. I could see his arm hanging out of his window, waiting for his bag.
Once I got my order home, my fries were soggy, my sammy was mush and my drink was pretty much warm. A bunch of lights were burned out on the outside of the restaurant as well. I guess this is the location that they send the ding dongs to work and simply don’t care about the aesthetics of the building. Weird, being that they make millions of dollars, you’d think that they could AT LEAST keep the buildings exterior up to par. Kinda ghetto. Wont be driving out there any time soon for another round of ‘take forever’- no thanks. instead, I’ll go support a local business downtown.

Having been to many different In n Outs I must say that this is among the cream of the crop.
Maybe my tenth time eating here now (tonight midnight, drive thru) and again it was truly satisfying. Perfectly cooked meat, still crunchy lettuce and crisp tomato with the perfect amount of their signature sauce gave this burger a lifespan of about ten mintues. The fries were amazing as well and only a few were soggy/​super crispy.
If you are thinking of comin thru this burger joint by day or even on a late night, you will not be disappointed!
Word of warning. The more-​than-​occasional long drive thru lines and packed lobby may cost you some time, but they themselves attest to the quality of this place.
