Burger King

As if anyone goes to Unilocal to read fast food reviews. You either want the food or you don’t.
Went to the Nord BK to get a frozen Surge. Nada. Went to this location and found it. Guy behind the counter was an idiot and very unprofessional. Had to ask for my change then he went to the back to do I have no idea what. Manager called him out to make our Surges. She clearly was getting fed up with him.
First time I’ve been inside a fast food joint in years. First time I’ve been to a BK in even longer. If it wasn’t for the frozen Surge it’d have been even longer.

The only time they get your order right is when you order chicken fries. And on top of all that they are rude every time I go there. The other day I asked the person taking my order what they had to drink that wasn’t soda because I was going out to work in the sun and her response was «ugh really?!» and that’s just one example. I don’t think I have ever been there when someone wasn’t rude to me and it didn’t take them 20 years to get me my food. Burger King needs to fire all these employees and hire new ones because these ones aren’t cutting it. And after tonight when they gave me a nasty looking cheeseburger instead of a chicken sandwich that will be the last time I eat there.

I just had the Worst customer experience of my life here. Wow. After a wrong order and trying to get it fixed, then dealing with the RUDEST person I have ever dealt with in customer service. It so happened it was in the drive through with a woman by the name of Chantel. How can this person treat others so nasty. I finally just asked for a refund and to talk to a manager who apparently refused to talk to me. ??? What? I have never heard of that ever happening. I will never go back to such a horrible nasty place. PS, only half the story. I was shaken and devastated after leaving there. insane! Thanks Chantel for giving me my worst experience ever. A a big thank you to a Laze Manager Roxanne. Yes, I will admit, I should have just pulled away.

It would be much better if the female manager wasn’t so unprofessional and rude. I wondered how anyone could hate there life so much and still have a strange sense of entitlement. The food is alright come on its Burger King its a little less than alright. It doesn’t mean you should have an experience as bad as the food.

I just ate breakfast here and the manager is very unprofessional. She yelled at one of her employees right at the registers in front of 4 other customers and her coworkers. The manager would have been fired immediately if I was her superior. I hope corporate reads these reviews.

This is a clean and convenient location. The menu is what you would see at any Burger King. Service is slower than other locations, but I never had a hair-​pulling wait. However, the lunch shift hasn’t gotten my order completely right once. They swap medium for large, fries for an onion ring order, wrong sandwiches, omit catsup packets after assuring that they’re there, forget straws and napkins, etc. They’re always apologetic, but they keep making mistakes. Double-​check everything.

Burger King is unfortunately not the literal king of burgers but it will suffice the appetite should you find yourself on the go or ravaged by alcohol and barely holding on to reality (also will work as a hangover cure on most days). Most locations are the same save for minute differences in cleanliness and staff. Slightly annoying that the closest Burger King is in Atascadero, but… hey when you need to calm the raging pain of hunger I am willing to go the distance.

Standard fast food never been a huge huge fan of burger king buuuuuut I do LOVE their onion rings!!! So freaking good… Okay okay their chicken fries are pretty legit too.
