Nothing special. I don’t know why we wanted to go here so bad. Boneless wings were just like small chicken strips from the store. Sauces were ok, fries were close to McDonald’s but 5x the price. And the waiter only came by one time other than to bring us our food.

Go to wing stop!!! Buffalo wild wings should change there name to No Chicken On The Wing!!! GM needs to be slapped because it looks like all the employee are just kicking back at the sports bar. Its a sad site to see. What great atmosphere with shitty food. Seems to me that my wings were prob dunked in the old fryer oil twice. Wings aren’t wild there fry cooks are… Hard to believe that wild wings is that bad because I feel like its the management of this establishment that killing the brand. Don’t waste your time.

Food took way to long and arrived cold. Our food order has came out wrong multiple times as well. I have had this experience more then once and now I refuse to go. Waiters need more costumer training as well. They lack communicating skills for sure. I wouldn’t make a big deal about this place. There is plenty of other places worth the pay.

This place sucks. I hate to say it, because I’m sure a number of great people work there, but we’ve had multiple bad experiences. Be prepared to sit at least 15 minutes before your server decides to make an appearance(even if the place is dead). Be prepared to wait an hour for your food, even if you only ordered 15 chicken wings. Our order has come back incorrect almost every time we’ve been there. Whoever is in charge of hiring at this place needs to be let go. This review is based on five separate visits. We gave this place plenty of chances.

We just left. It’s been a long time since I’ve been to a restaurant this unsatisfying. The only plus was our pleasant waitress. Sauce was over powering and way in excess. Just nothing very special about this place. Oh the onion rings were OK. Oh yeah they serve celery and carrots the carrots were all white with oxidation

I went here with my wife for lunch. We have been to many other Buffalo Wild Wings and like them. Our food took about 25 mins, and was not what we ordered. On top of that what did come to the table was cold to the point of being disgusting. There was only about 40 people in the restaurant at the time. The manager comped our check and offered to remake our meal, but at that point we did not have the time to wait, nor did we want to.

Excellent service. They brought the dog a bowl of water as soon as we sat down. The food was good as usual. They should add doggie tenders to the menu so I don’t have to share mine :)

Place is new so there are things they are working on. Our waiter got our app wrong and our wings wrong but the food is really good. When ordering food that is supposed to be «spicy» I typically order hotter than what it says because I like spicy food and am not surprised very often. Today I was surprised by the heat from the mango habanero! Good but SPICY! Dang! 3 alarm fire in my mouth!!! I could drink a pool! My wife made fun of me so at least there was dinner and a show at our first dining experience at BDUBs!

Consider this review before going to Buffalo Wild Wings in Chico.. . I typically do not leave bad feedback but too much went wrong.. . My wife and I went here on 8÷17÷15. Knowing it was brand new to the area we figured there would be a long wait, we were pleasantly surprised that they sat us right when we walked in, that’s about as good as it gets. My wife is 7 months pregnant, so naturally i figured they would offer us a booth so she is comfortable. 1)No that didnt happened, even after mentioning a booth would be great, they gave us an awkwardly place table right near the entrance/waiting area where people our whole meal were leaning over the ledge with there elbows in our face and talking very loud over us. Felt like they were hoovering the whole time. 2)The place is EXTREMELY loud. My wife and I were only about 3 feet a part and she had to repeat herself about 2 times every time she said something. I get sports bars are loud but this was out of control, not sure if it was all the TV’s on, maybe the acoustics? who knows but it was deafening. 3)Our waiter was extremely informal, i could tell he had no training what so ever and he spoke like a child. He had to kneel down to our level and speak practically in our ears, even then i couldn’t tell what he was saying. He needed to speak up, very soft voice. Isn’t how to speak to a customer gone over in Waiting 101? On top of that there was no personal conversation, it was very«what would you like?» «here is your food». Being new in town and with bad feedback they might want to make it a personal experience. 4)As we look over the menu we figured some wings would be a natural thing to order at b-dubbs. We order a small order of the teryaki WINGS to get started, they delivered us the boneless chicken tender garbage. The teryaki was bitter and salty, not to mention hard because it was over cooked. 5)We ordered the started wings with I am assuming a manager as he walked by because we forgot we wanted to try them. He said no problem at all and we will have them with your main meal o they stay fresh and hot for you. They delivered the in about 2 mins, without the rest of the meal. After finishing them the manager and our waiter came up together(very awkward) and just stared at us. He finally said did you get the rest of your meal. I said«does it look like it?» Then within about 10 seconds the waiter had been back with them. It was extremely weird. 6)My wife order a salad and i ordered a 12 piece of wings for us to share. I ordered the Jalapeño Jammin wings, which werent to bad. Problem is the wings were small and dried up. The glaze was good but thats it. The other six were their original medium buffalo flavored wings. In all my wings experiences typically wing sauce is a glaze, the sauce on this was like a gravy with a very unnatural orange tent to it. The were luke warm at best and the«gravy sauce» was piled on it as if i order mash potatoes and gravy. It was disgusting. 7) B-Dubbs always gives you carrots and celery with your wings. The celery chunks they had given us were the root chunks that are white. There was a brown tent on all of them and i could tell were cut that morning. THECARROTS were disgusting looking. I wouldnt even touch them. They were extremely dried out, to the point of beginning to split and turning a white color. 8)When our food was delivered there were no utensils or extra places to put the bones. My wife sat there with no fork and i sat there putting my bones on a small napkin that was meant for my water to sit on. I tried to get the attention from about 3 different workers but not once did they stopped, they blatantly ignored me. Finally our waiter stopped by and noticed the situation and said«how is everything?» I said«no clue we have no utensils.» He then took his time(stopping at another table) to grab my wife the utensils and myself another bucket to dump my wings. 9)My wifes salad was a joke as well. When she got it legitimately looked like a McDonalds salad. It was extremely unfresh. Goopy lettuce and brown leaves in it. The tomatoes were jacked up with preservatives because they were stiff and had no flavor. On top of all that it was warm, and the warmth did not just come from the chicken, the salad obviously sitting under a heat lamp, after being forgotten about from out fiasco on my 5th point above. 10)The amount of dipping sauce they give you is a joke to. It was about enough for 3 wings at most. After such a horrible experience a worker that seemed to be a manager(not sure) said how is everything? I said are you the manager? She never said yes she just said whats the problem, as if it was typical. I broke down all of this above to her. Being very specific with her on why it was a horrible experience. Not one apology, all she said was would you like some dessert? REALLY? Received my check and nothing was comp. Had to say something and all they did was take the salad off of the check.

We went to BWW with the neighbors, knowing that being newly opened it would be packed and busy, and it was … being prepared for the wait we weren’t put off by it, buying beers to drink while waiting … the wait wasn’t that long actually — driving around looking for a parking place took longer — good thing my neighbor got out and got a place in line … best thing about BWW is the vast amount of TVs — any game can be seen from almost any seat in the place — I heard forty-two big screens but didn’t count myself … if you go to BWW for wings, beer, and sports(viewing — you can’t hear a thing), you’re in a the right place for that … if you want anything else, go somewhere else … the noise level is deafening — a sports bar could do without that music — the Graduate is a better sports bar … if you want«food,» the Banshee is better for pulled pork — you actually get pulled pork, not a pork patty or chunks — AND won’t pay $ 11.95 for it … I’m not cheap but there are better burgers/sandwiches for a whole lot less — it’s expensive for what you get … if you want wine, you have two choices — red or white; no KJ, La Crema, Beringer, or local wines; just red or white, so we didn’t even bother to ask whose it was … and when the food got there, we had no utensils for the cole slaw, no napkins even though eating wings is a great sloppy experience, and the goodly amount of wet-naps is appreciated, but hard to open with fingers covered with wing-goo — ask for napkins before you get your food … if you’re a college student or under forty and like loud music(forget hearing any sports on TV, or anything else for that matter), beer(many draft options), and wings, BWW is a great place, as its name implies … but if you want real food, want hear what your friends have to say, good wine, or a real«eating out» experience, the Pour House across the lot is a better choice … overall, eating out here is not eating out — it’s just an experience, being able to say, «yes, I went there once, but once was enough» … for me anyway …

Very loud. Service is mediocre. Food is bland. I had the spinach and artichoke flatbread and it was super salty. The service is so slow. It took forever to get our checks and for them to return our cards. Servers are inexperienced. Yall should have waiting on opening until you had quality servers. It’s about the experience and the food. I didn’t love it.

Let’s see how this goes greeter was very nice and friendly server so far on top of it 1st disappointment they have something called Buffalo chips never heard of them before ask to sample management said NO! what kind of restaurant won’t let you sample a type of side(I could understand if I wanted to sample a steak) waitress handled it well but you could tell she was both surprised and embarrassed well just ate food 2 stars tasted like everything was under a heat lamp for a while service great management horrible
