Walgreens

Writing a review about a Walgreens, not something I ever thought I’d do necessarily. However, this is a special case. The manager (Peter) of this particular Walgreens really went above and beyond and deserves recognition. I had ordered some photos that were to be part of an x-​mas gift. Unfortunately, the photos I was given were someone else’s and not the ones I had ordered. I was frustrated and called the store to voice that frustration. Peter got on the phone and was apologetic. He offered to re-​print and I informed him that I wouldn’t be able to get back to the store before x-​mas. The store was unable to refund the amount to my credit card over the phone so he offered to mail me a gift card for the balance. This wasn’t ideal but I understood it was the best they could do under circumstances, or so I thought. As I told Peter my address, he mentioned that this was close enough to the store that he’d be happy to drive over and personally deliver re-​printed photos and that is just what he did. I was pleasantly surprised at what Peter was willing to do to rectify an innocent mistake on an $ 8 photo order. He really did go the extra mile (lame pun, I know) to deliver superior customer service.

Well organized, clean, and fully stocked. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Everyone greeted me, and Vicki talked to me in one of the aisles. She’s outstanding with her customer service!

Since I’m new to the area, I just picked a pharmacy that was close. Pharmacy staff was very helpful! My prescriptions were still being run in the state that I used to live in, so my insurance was denying coverage. The pharmacist took the time to call the pharmacy in Kansas and clear up the situation. I will continue to use this Walgreens for any Rx’s and a candy bar if I’m in need of a chocolate fix!

Pretty standard.
I mean, it’s a Walgreens so… it’s a Walgreens.
It’s always been organized when I’ve been in and the staff is… a Walgreens staff. Not fancy, not overly helpful, but polite and I’m always in and out quickly.
The pharmacy has always been great for me. I have no complaints about them at all.
That’s uh… that’s all I got.

Stopped in because I needed a chase ATM which they had. The store was clean. Everything seemed organized and the staff was friendly.

Useless! Worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. Pharmacy techs are bad. Pharmacists are worse. Save yourself a headache and go across the street to Jewel, much nicer, much more knowledgeable. Worth it. Don’t go here!

Its a walgreens, just like any other Walgreen. However every time I’ve needed to buy more deoderant, this place has had either Old Spice, Degree, or Right Guard on clearance.
I’m not sure whats going on, but I like the fact that for the past 2 years my deoderant costs $ 0.99 a stick.
