Walgreens

I only come here because its close to my daughters school and they are always out of anything I ever need! Its a small walgreens so its expected… only come for simple things because sale items are usually sold out… The pharmacy does suck!!! They take forever inside abd the drive tru does dragg!!! Ugh would never come here to fill any prescriptions…

This is the crappiest pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Expect to wait at least 30 minutes in the drive-​thru before someone actually helps you. What a joke!

A standard Walgreens it is clean and well stocked. I The staff is nice

Decent Walgreens. Pretty well stocked. Parking lot is small and usually someone out there selling candy or panhandling.

This is the worst pharmacy I have EVER been to. I’d give them 0 stars. They have in the past charged me for a 3 month prescription but only given me one month, they’ve mixed up my prescriptions, they fail to fill prescriptions and don’t bother to call and let you know. And forget any decent customer service – the pharmacy staff treat customers like we are wasting their time.
Today I called in a prescription early in the morning. the automated system said my script would be ready by 10:00 am. I didn’t pick up till later in the afternoon and the girl behind the counter informed me that she didn’t have anything for me in the system. Wha? Why? She said I probably was refilling too early. Crazy – this is a prescription I need, and I get filled constantly, and I have never had any problems. Then she basically gave me a look that said, «next». Then she chided me for «cutting her off» when I asked her a question and told me I would have to pay cash.
I left. I called another pharmacy. Over the phone, the girl at THAT pharmacy told me that yes, I was too early to refill but it was no problem. The insurance company had an «override» option on this prescription and she would have it ready in an hour.
Thank God for other pharmacies who have employees who care about their customers. I’ll never come here for a refill again – I’d rather drive out of my way for a pharmacist who gets that I’m not trying to be shady by filling my prescriptions, but that I need them. And then they actually offer to HELP. Shocking concept Walgreens.

By far one of the worst Walgreens I’ve ever been into. The store must be one of the poorest run in the system. For months this store had two broken windows that went unreplaced. A dead tree in front took them over a year to replace. When it snows they fail to shovel the sidewalk around the entire perimeter of the store. For such a new store the floors have taken a beating and look tired along with the credit card pin pads.
Outside of the early morning hours the place is a mess. When the workers begin to stock (around 10) they turn the store upside down without any regard to shoppers. Lines are often very long and end in an encounter with the lifeless checker. However, their selection is good for last minute items and their pharmacy is good.
