This place doesn”t deserve 1 star but I couldn’t give it a 0. NOTHING about this pizza is worth ever getting again. Overcooked, dried out, not enough cheese. Cheese was burnt. Cruat was AWFUL!!! They should turn this hole into a shoe-shine.

Not really expecting the real thing, but this wasn’t even up to what the same place at the Houston airport offered. Very disappointed

Amazing that UNOs Corporate would allow this inits hometown Airport of Chicago! Absolutely horrible doughy undercooked mess. The box the pizza comes in has more flavor and is crisper!

Worst pizza ever! Heck I know we are in the airport but it’s the Chicago airport people! Frozen pie was still cold in middle and doughy on bottom after it spent an entire 2 min on a conveyor belt oven, 20 $ later my son and I have a bad taste of «Chicago» — don’t eat here! I just read other bad reviews and can’t believe I didn’t read them before I ate here!

I had dinner here on 10÷10÷15. I have to say when I’m in Chicago and vicinity, I want to try all the Italian places. This did NOT live up to my expectations. The pizza was just two stars. I get the deep dish Chicago pizza with spinach and such. It was a bit disappointing. Of course I ate it, but that’s not the point. Uno’s has grown into a food for the masses restaurant. Service was Ok, but not as attentive as it could have been. I won’t bother coming back to this location. I’ve had better at the downtown location. Carmen’s of Evanston is still NO. 1 in my book!

Bad, bad, bad, bad, bad, bad, bad. Overpriced. The center of the pizza was ice cold. They were out of one of their two pizza options. There is nothing positive to say about this experience.

I was advised to try Uno pizza once I landed in Chi town. I was greeted by a couple of cold/old pizzas sunbathing under 2 hot lamps. Unimpressed, I kindly asked for a fresher/hotter personal pepperoni pizza. Le sigh! The pizzas came out less than spectacular. It tasted and looked like a frozen red baron pizza. Long story short, DONTORDER the pizza.

Not good! $ 9 for a fake deep dish!(Frozen pizza that sat under a heat lamp for way to long). The consistency was powdery when eating it, hardly any toppings.

I have eaten at the original Unos and at several of the franchises(?), all were acceptable. AVOID this Unos. The pizza was NASTY, clearly frozen. The dough/crust was disgusting, the tomato sauce tasted like a cheap, thickened Ragu. It was a waste of money… I am hungry and I have left more than half of it.

The pizza looked terrible so I ordered the Chicago dog. The only food I get from Sonic is the Chicago dog so I needed to try a Chicago dog in Chicago. It was fine. It was no better than Sonic so I was disappointed. I definitely won’t make a point of stopping the next time. This location is down by the bus transportation. It’s the only food option once you get down there but it is a food option nonetheless.

By far the worst pizza I have ever had outside of a grocery store. Telltale signs of a frozen crust were all there. Gummy, saucy, stale. I can’t believe that Pizzeria Uno puts their name on this crap. I really don’t care if its in an airport, it was just plain horrible.

It’s true, got stuck here because of Uniteds crappy flights. This pizza is horrible, it was a bit undercooked, hopefully I don’t get sick :/

My friends told me not to leave Chicago without trying that pizza. And it was good! Warm and fresh! The lady at the kiosk recommended on the pepperoni pizza which was great!

I know what I was going into when I stood in line for this so I can’t complain. If you want a little ceasers style mini pizza go here I actually think little ceasers has better crust but I can’t complain

Echo the other comments: –this is NOT deep dish pizza –this is NOT even remotely close to Uno pizza What this is is frozen pizza, just like what you’d buy from the supermarket. I saw them put the frozen pizzzas through a conveyor belt. Nevertheless, I’d give it 2 star instead of 1 because the price(about 7.5) really isn’t bad for airport food.

What a disgrace to the UNO name. Really. I’ve eaten at UNO’s in Texas and in Massachusetts, and didn’t get around to eating in a proper location whilst in Chicago. so I grabbed a pizza in the airport. A pepperoni. A huge mistake. This pizza was foul, and a terrible excuse for deep dish. Avoid it. The pizza tasted dry, stale, with rock solid crust, tasteless cheese, and not enough tomato sauce. Gross. I also ordered a large soda(a Coke, but they ran out of syrup, so I settled on a Diet Coke.) It was flat. I wish I’d read the Unilocal reviews before spending $ 11+ here. I was so excited to finally get pizza — I missed it during my business trip — that I didn’t look in advance. Mistake, mistake, mistake.

The Italian Beef sandwich was good for airport food. Not bad for $ 6.79. The pizza were personal size and didn’t look very good.

I know this is an airport, but your quality should be good if you’re going to market your brand. Just like the other reviews, this place is horrible microwave pizza. I should have stepped away once I noticed it was both a UNO and TCBY.

Stopped by to get some«Chicago» pizza while in Chicago. The sausage pizza was very poor at $ 7.49. The sausage and cheese toppings were very light and the pizza dough was thick and soggy. …at least the staff was nice and I was no longer hungry?!?

I guess I am crazy… I actually kinda liked these frozen/premade pizzas! Even comparing it to an actual Uno we hit a few days after(we were in Springfield MA a couple nights later), the crust was a little more buttery tasting here, but the toppings weren’t as fresh of course. I think it was a good snack waiting for our next plane. Also tried the Chicago Dog, with Vienna Beef, mustard, pickle, and all the toppings! Good hot dog… again, decent airport food! Was it excellent? Of course not, but A-Ok in my book, which equals a 2.5−3 star review Pics:
