If it weren’t for the location, this place would be pretty worthless. It is fine if you never ever have to communicate with the employees outside of face to face conversation. They do not return phone calls or respond to emails — at all. If you have an issue that needs to be discussed outside of visting their office, don’t bother calling or emailing. You will not get a response at all. I travel a lot for work and have an odd schedule. I’ve left multiple voice mails and sent emails in the past and it was a waste of time. When I’ve gone into the office after that, they act like they’ve never heard of you before. If you don’t NEED to store at this location, choose another.
PS, been trying to get an issue resolved with them and found a different phone number to call them. They’ve answered initially but have not followed through on my request (which is trying to pay them) so I have been trying to call back. They have taken the phone off the hook.
