I ordered from them based on location. I ordered flowers. 15 minutes later I get a phone call that the didn’t have my flowers and asked if it would be ok if they used something more seasonally available. Sure! They sent a bouquet that was bigger and more beautiful than what I ordered. That’s 5 star customer service! Will use again!

I’ve been meaning to write this for a while now.
The staff at That’s Amore boast pure floral talent. I’m not one for planning, so I truly appreciate their services when I pop in on my walk home from work, they ask what I’d like to spend, and I leave with a beautiful bouquet within a few minutes.
I’ve truly never been disappointed in any of their arrangements. While That’s Amore does have all of your flower shop basics, you’ll always find something wonderfully unique in your bouquet that nicely accents the arrangement.
They’re naturals, everyone there is quite nice, and I’m going to miss them when I leave this city in a few months.

Family owned & operated. Plenty of Christmas options filled the shop. This was my second time in and I will return. The arrangement was perfect for our anniversary. Jim was very accommodating and nice to chat with during my visit.

Ordered our wedding boutonnieres and table flowers for a low key daytime brunch wedding. The orchids were beautiful and fresh. They discussed the option and pricing and helped make the day perfect.

Needed flowers to take to dinner party, walked in and customer before got a great bunch with brown wrapping and cute bow for $ 35… told the guy working I wanted same thing. Another great bunch of flowers, large sunflowers and bright festive flowers, and wrapped for great presentation. Very nice place and service was great, when I need flowers again, I will go here!

Whenever I get flowers I get them from That’s Amore. And now I also use them for my Christmas decorating. They hang my garland and lights, make special wreaths for the door and gate, and make beautiful bows with whatever ribbon I provide. They are always friendly and professional. This is my favorite florist!

They have a very friendly staff, and flowers are simply beautiful. I highly recommend this place!

Today my husband ordered flowers to be delivered today Valentine’s day. That’s Amore calls me at work and Stephanie proceeds to tell me, Hi, we have flowers that were supposed to be delivered to you, but we can’t, so you’ll have to pick them up. I was stunned at her blazé attitude. I asked her if there was any other delivery persons there. She said no. After I said, Well not only have you ruined my surprise you want me to pick them and pay for parking on Southport. At which point she did offer to bring them out to my car. On my way over there to pick them up, I called and happen to get the owner, I told him in my upset voice that I was unhappy with what happened and the service of his establishment. I asked for a credit to the account charged he said, There is no way I can do that. I told him that was unacceptable. He hung up the phone. I was completely shocked. I pulled up to the store and walked in and walked right up to counter and said in my upset voice, I want my flowers please. And what do I see, 4 people, 1 was Stephanie behind the counter and at least 3 others milling about the back of the store. In my opinion the owner being proud and accountable for his business, he should delivered my flowers. By the way, where they were to be delivered, possibly 4 blocks away. Save your money, I do believe there are a few other florists on Southport. The owner and employee, rude, unaccommodating, just disappointing all the way around. I will never go back and recommended you don’t either.

While I clearly understand that florists are busy on Valentine’s Day, they should expect (and hope for) this and being busy most definitely does not create an excuse to be rude to customers.
As background, I did not order flowers from this company, but my father, who lives out of state, tried to have flowers delivered to me on Valentine’s day through a third party flower service (Teleflora, I believe). I think it was my father, anyway– I wouldn’t know because I never got the flowers.
Yesterday, I had a missed call on my cell phone at 4:15 p.m. I listed to the voice mail at 6:00 p.m., which stated that That’s Amore would like to schedule a time to deliver the flowers to me. Since it was 6 p.m. (a mere 1:45 after they initially called me), they were already closed. I called the next morning at 10:30 a.m. and they left me on hold for several minutes and when they came back on they said they’d have to call me back to try and locate the order. When they called back they explained that since I hadn’t picked up or called back they refused the order. When I explained that I called back as soon as I was able, they were dismissive and rude. They barely gave me any time to return their phone call, which I just do not understand, and then were rude on top of that. Clearly, I cannot speak to the quality of their arrangements but their customer service gets 1 star.

this florist was recently recommended to us. i can’t believe how beautiful their arrangements are; really huge and fresh. the people in the store are nice as well. this will be my regular florist from now on. and their prices are very fair.
