If it wasn’t for their weird hours, I’d give Tech Shield 5 stars. Our laptop died on us right after my son had nearly finished a project he’d been working on for weeks. Couldn’t boot up or anything. We took it over to Tech Shield and they were able to pull the files he needed within a couple of hours, and for a very reasonable price.
This location is new, so they’re not always there since they’re often on call at local businesses, so it made it hard to pick the computer up, but we eventually coordinated it. Once they’re fully staffed, I doubt that will be an issues.
Nice to have a real tech repair option nearby, highly recommended!
