Cant agree more with Ryan in the previous review. The lady at the register was rude and not helpful at all. «Jonathon» please come back!

I wish «Jonathon» from the previous review was still there. I’ve never encountered him, but he sounds great. The two people that have been there both times I’ve gone in were extremely unhelpful and shady.
The woman at the register tried to tell me it was illegal to put a T-​mobile SIM card into a Verizon iPhone 6. I had to argue with her to get her to sell me one. She finally agreed, but warned me that I would need to get an unlock code from Verizon to access the Internet on the phone. That wasn’t true.
Then she tried to get me to switch to a more expensive plan. I told her I was actually considering adding two lines and taking advantage of the promo that gives you 2.5 GB per line when you have 4 lines. She lied and told me that promo was over.
The whole time she was serving me, she would periodically lean over and converse in Spanish with her associate who was «helping» another customer. These two people were absolutely fluent in English. I can only imagine how many ways they were screwing that poor lady over.
I love T-​Mobile, but this specific location provides some truly awful service. Steer clear unless Jonathon comes out of retirement!

I love this store! Jonathon was amazingly helpful and fantastic. I went to this store to switchover from Verizon. By the way if you haven’t done this already you are just wasting your money, my cell service is actually better and my data speeds are just as good, and I pay tremendously less money. Jonathon was very helpful and answered all of my questions and did an excellent job. I wasn’t badgered into buying anything that I didn’t want. This was overall the best experience I’ve ever had with a cell phone provider. While I was in there getting my plan I also noticed that they take excellent care of their customers if they came in with any problems. Definitely THE go to T-​Mobile store in the south loop. Go in and ask for Jonathan, he’ll take excellent care of you.
