I was just there 10 minutes ago, and must say that I am NOT pleased with my experience whatsoever! I ordered two Footlong sandwiches and asked to put mixed American & Provolone cheeses on both. When it came time to check me out, the lady charges me for extra cheese. I simply told her that I did not ask for extra cheese, but instead to mix it up. She seemed irritated and argued back that each sandwich is only supposed to have 4 slices but she gave me 8 slices of cheese on each instead. When I said to MIXITUP, I did not imply to give me extra. Simple as that. She was so angry that she unwrapped both sandwiches and DUG the extra slices of cheese out. Wo does that!!! I said to her that I hope she doesn’t plan on using that cheese on someone else’s sandwich… keep in mind there were other customers present at the time as well. She gave me a smirk & said, «Don’t worry» It’s not often that I have complaints about service, especially at a fast-food joint… but this particular incident was horrible and I have to share with all. Never going back there again! And for those of you who do still patronize this Subway, stay away from JALPA. That’s her name. She’s just plain rude.

This will be the last time I go here, the employees are either rude or stingy, most times both. With the exception of the little Hispanic lady who is very nice to everyone, even the bosses who chide her(yes I can hear you doing it and it aggravates me because she seems to be the only one who wants to be there) And also, is there a spinach shortage on this side of town? Does this subway have a smaller ration of «fresh» vegetables that has to last them until the next delivery that they’ll short change you in every way possible? I watch as the employees try to short change you on all ingredients, smash the sandwich as they cut it, and check their phones in between. I asked for a little more spinach as the«handful» they gave me barely covered the bread and the legitimately grab three more leaves. So I asked for more and one leaf came out of he bucket. Needless to say I will only go there if the happy little Hispanic lady is there, and I will ask her to make my sandwich because she rocks.

One of my favorite fast food joints is Subway. This particular Subway was between the Belmont train and my home. Since we moved I don;t have the opportuntiy to go here as much as I used to. All Subways are NOT created equal and this location is one of the better ones. I have never seen a huge crowd here but there are always people here on a regular consistent basis. They do a good job of keeping the place clean the prep area is always clean and organized and they get you in and out quickly with a fresh, tasty, well-made sandwich. It is always a pleasure to go in here because everyone is really very friendly and make me feel welcome. As far as Subways are concerned, this place takes the title in the top spot.

We were in the middle of a shopping trip, starving to death, and stopped at this Subway. It was not a good time. The vegetables were all wilted and smooshy, and the guacamole was brown and disgusting. I agree with the other reviewers that the staff were friendly, but that really didn’t make up for the fact that the food was completely nasty.

This location is great! I eat subway 20 times a month. This location has everything fresh! Always talking up their customers too. Makes it feel more homely…

This place never fails me. The staff is cheerful, helpful and courteous, and they make the«primo» of Subway subs. You may think that a Subway is a Subway, but its the people that make this one special.
