One of the better Starbucks in the area. The staff is amazingly friendly. The lines can get pretty long so you might have to wait a bit for your drink, but that comes with the fact that this is the only Starbucks in the area. Still, the drinks and food are always as I expect them.
The outdoor seating is plentiful and the store layout is spacious. Lots of outlets for your gizmos. Wifi is decent.
The only thing that can/​should be improved is the parking and drive thru situation. The drive thru line goes right down the middle of the parking lot, so you might get stuck. Also, to get out of the Starbucks parking lot and back into the general parking lot is a really tight squeeze. I’ve seen quite a few near accidents happen.

Service was okay for a Saturday morning. I’ve been to better places where the food was better prepared and not soggy however the ice coffee was on point (I’ll give them that). It is a gorgeous place and one of the better moden looking places I’ve been to. YET I won’t be back.
Surprisingly, the customers in this particular location are rude and hostile. I have never experienced such low class people in line or parking lot. Not sure if the cloudy weather had a part in it or what. But I’d rather go to the Target Starbucks just a few feet away than this location.

Always very busy but the baristas here continue to be very welcoming. I do wish the tables and seating area were cleaner but it’s probably hard to maintain when there are so many people coming in and out.

LOVE this location.
LOTS of open space, comfy chairs, barstools, large tables that can be reserved for groups, and they also have a large outdoor patio area (you know, for when Chicago weather isn’t being totally Bipolar)…
has a drive thru.
baristas are very friendly and pretty knowledgable. had an issue with my membership (perks are now changing) and one of the girls helped me figure out how to fix my issue through the SB app. (thank you!) and their service is wonderfully quick.

For being a new Starbuck store, the service is very slow. I stop-​by today at the drive-​thru to purchase a coffee. I didn’t realized their swipe card machine wasn’t working until I got to the intercom and the sign was up. It was too late for me to reverse or go forward with all the cars boxing in. I was running late to work and I didn’t get my coffee because the manager didn’t put the sign near the entrance of the drive-​thru to warn drivers about the machine and then have the customers stuck in the drive-​thru lane! Poor management!

Let me start by saying I love this new location. Much nicer, bigger, drive-​thru, and the best part the Clover machine! I am an absolute fan of the Clover Reserve coffees now since you truly get to appreciate the coffee flavor. I always like to try new coffee reserves however I am a huge fan of the Cameroon.
This place is always busy and even though there are a lot of folks working there I always feel like the service is super slow (both inside and drive thru). Hopefully service will get better with time but I still like this location because of the Clover machine. They also serve wine and beer at this location (just an fyi).

FOOD Service is great, food quality is at the Starbucks standard. I was here in December and WiFi speed was pretty good. I don’t watch YouTube or download torrents. I just work on my class papers online (not a lot of bandwidth). This month, the WiFi service is currently horrible. The WiFi connection signal is strong, but they are artificially slowing the broadband service down. Today is Feb 3, 2016, Wednesday, 12:50pm. With about 20% of the seats filled and 1 person in line. Sure they are here to make money and don’t want people to take up seats, but it’s the early afternoon people!

It’s a shame that this beautiful new facility is constantly dirty every time you walk in the floors dirty the tables are dirty CLEAN IT UP ITS NOT THAT HARD!!!

I’m a daily customer here but now I won’t be given this location my business. Twice I came here in the drive thru and said the ice machine broke? I had to got to target to get my iced drink because I guess the manager of this location if there’s one couldn’t think to bring or buy ice from the ice which is located on by the U store warehouse. When I went inside the layout is nice and modern very good atmosphere. But seriously if you look around garabage all over the place, all the tables are sticky and dirty .Not once did I see an employee wipe any table or fix any chairs which they were out of order. This place would be nice if the manager of this place informs employees to clean and make everything look sharp every other hour or two .This location just started and it would be great if it can be kept clean, also where the area of the employees work.

Originally it was just around the corner. But I’d have to say that i am pleased with the newer one.

Let me first say, I will miss the old location. But the new location was much needed. For all my friends that drive, the drive thru is a much needed bonus. The location is ckean, fully staffed and adapting to the new indoor setup. Full room of seats and chairs, plus the outdoor seating is very nice. Still have the free wifi. Friendly staff as always, I still remember the barisitas from the original location, I am glad to see them there. Location is closer to Narragansett avenue is convient especially for those who live in the area and are in walking distance. I love the new location, be back very soon.
