Dunkin’ Donuts

I was on my way to my great– grandma’s house with my mom, and we stopped by through the drive thru to pick up some coffee. There was a long line for the drive thru, but I didn’t really mind it because I was not in a rush. The man taking my order was really nice and apologized for the wait. When it was my time to pull up and get my order, he gave me a free donut with my coffee and apologized once again. I was very surprised and satisfied with his kindness, especially since I never brought up the wait time or complained. Very nice service.

This is the only drive thru coffee place on my way to work, so I frequent it quite a bit (almost every day) I always get the same thing, the guy who works there is always very nice and makes the process smooth. I’ve gotten other people who have messed up my order but that is bound to happen.

Slow service most of the tines I’ve entered… they also don’t know how to make some of the frozen drinks.

I will never come to this Dunkin Donuts!!! I came here with my daughter and there were 2 employees. They were busy I was very patient and waited. While I was waiting I noticed a FLY in the donuts ewwwwww… I told one of the employees excuse sir there’s a fly. He said I know but there’s nothing a can do about it. The other employe laughed and I just walked out he didn’t even try to get rid of the fly. Who wants to eat donuts like that??!

My all time favorite dunkin around! The managers are always sweet and kind. never too long of a wait no matter the time. All staff always gets my coffee just right! Better than the Addison dunkin all day!

Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to!
I ordered a sausage bagel sandwich, and I was in a hurry so I paid and left. I opened it up and the sausage is still frozen!
I decide ‘whatever’ probably an honest mistake.
I go there a week or so later and order the same thing– but before I drive off I HAVE TO CHECK and guess what??? FROZEN SAUSAGE AGAIN!!!
Now I’m MEGA angry so I kinda yell at the girl «This is 2^nd time I’ve had a froZen sausage!» She apologizes and takes it back, only to return later with an over microwaved bagel sandwich, which now has super hard bagel bread!!! COME On!!!

I will start by saying I’m a bit of a coffee snob.
As a rule dd’s coffee does not EVER get five stars.
This place is not different. The coffee is eh.
It was super early I needed coffee, I went here.
The girls working the drive thru did a fast and wonderful job.
They were friendly even though they probably were multi tasking like crazy. This just goes to show good customer service goes a long way.

I frequent this DD because its on my way work and usually use the drive thru. My biggest pet peeve is when employees of an establishment don’t greet you. The employees at this DD barely look my way. I don’t get a «hello» or even a «here you are». I can only imagine how unfriendly they are to people inside.
The coffee is always great however. So if you have to stop by this DD expect good coffee but nothing more.

I would give this place no stars if I could. This is the only dunkin donuts on my way to work, and I don’t care how late i’m running, I go out of my way to a different one. They are consistently rude. I say consistently because I have tried giving them the benefit of the doubt numerous times. And each time, I end up slapping myself in the face. Honestly, I would get over the horrible customer service if the coffee was worth it. But I have yet to get the correctly made coffee I oh so need in the morning. Do yourself a favor and head to the one on central just south of belmont. They know how to make coffee and put a smile on your face!

We went here last Sunday to get some coffee around 5pm. I got tired, and needed a quick caffeine kick.
Here is where it all went wrong, I went to use the washroom, which literally had no toilet paper left. Aren’t they supposed to check often? We both shared a large coffee, and 5 munchkins. Horrible. My coffee was 3 inches away from the top, and the donuts were stale. I went in line again to ask them to fill up the cup, this took a good 5 minutes — and as short as I am, I made myself seen. It doesn’t take that long to put a little more coffee in my cup.
Pros:
Lots of seating available (and my cons will prove why)
Cons:
Too many rebellious teens in here
Back service
No «Thank yous» or «have a good day»
Not a good brew (coffee was practically white. I asked for coffee, not milk)

This Dunkin’ Donuts is a block a way from my house, so I was pretty excited when it opened a few years back. Sadly, it consistently disappoints.
They just can’t seem to get drink orders right half the time. What’s so hard to understand about «I’ll take a caramel swirl iced latte with half the caramel you usually put and no whipped cream»? They usually screw up somehow.
Once the guy asked my sister if she wanted her Tropicana Coolatta hot or iced. ‘Nuff said.
