Ethically I can’t give them less than 5 stars! The place is spacious. The sun lightening the area in a very nice way. I came to them from spring hill and no one was at the coffee shop and I didn’t ask I just stepped a side. The lady from the front disk of Marriott came to me and asked me if I need anything and I said yes. She prepared my order and gave it to me. I gave her my credit and she was like: you don’t have to pay cause we made you wait! It was really nice of her! I had the time this is why it was totally OK with me

The staff was friendly and the service was fast! The location is conveniently located in the hotel lobby which is great unless there is a large conference or event going on at the hotel.

There are 6 people behind the counter, only 2 are actually working… there’s a line of 15 people… something seriously wrong with their idea of customer service.

I love Starbucks and I travel a lot for work. Usually finding a Starbucks is easy on my travels. Lucky for me this trip, there was a REAL(not those fake ones) in my hotel lobby. I was more than pleased and even got a coffee before checking into my room. However, it did not have the true Starbucks feel and the staff was not up to par. But nonetheless I got my coffee every morning hot and delicious.

New Starbucks location in the lobby of the Marriott. More of an open air spot with a few tables and chairs on each side. Located in the lobby just outside the skywalk to the convention center. Full menu of pastries, breakfast/lunch sandwiches, free newspapers, and snacks. There is even a toaster set up for bagels that customers can use. Free wifi too. Staff is a bit slow here though — and it was in mid afternoon when empty. Speed it up — I’m an impatient New Yorker!

New Starbucks in indy you say? But a very convent location on the second floor of the JW. Full service with the oven and all the sandwiches for breakfast/lunch. A great staff which handled the crowds every day. And plenty of seating and newspapers to relax and enjoy your morning brew, if you have time.

I’ve been coming here for a week now during the Interactions 2012 conference and despite he staff being slammed, they have been incredibly welcoming and courteous while serving up my Grande morning crack with a Reduced-Fat Turkey Bacon Muffin. Seriously, bravo to anyone who has to work in the service industry during any conference, I’m its never easy to keep a smile on your face yet these folks manage to do it.
