Staging-Sells

I recently sold my condo that was staged by Rachael at Staging-​Sells. It sold in about 6 weeks and there were two offers. It was an older unit that I had tried to sell multiple times in the past, but I there was never any interest. I was very apprehensive on using a staging service, but it really made an impact. Staging-​Sells came out promptly for a consultation and staged my condo within 2 days. The furniture gave the unit a more modern, lived in and warm look. They even replaced an old light fixture and installed blinds. I requested a few changes and she was very responsive and accommodating.
I was so thrilled to sell the condo and I am still shocked at how fast it moved. I’m fairly certain the furniture staging helped sell the condo. It was definitely worth the price.

What seemed like an overwhelming/​daunting task at the start, Rachel made the process very straightforward, from the initial consultation through design and layout to selection of pieces. What really struck me was her ability to listen to how we wanted our new home to «feel,» and translate that into practical design solutions.
She was even able to help us locate both old and new pieces that blended seamlessly together at a price we could afford. STAGING-​SELLS had so many connections through their staging business, we were able to get some great deals!
