Very sweet and small salon with friendly, welcoming, and professional service. I went in for a manicure and am pleased with it, the only negative is they don’t offer any fan or light to dry your nails afterwards… so you have to air dry them for about 15 min. Also, they only accept cash and checks and it is hidden in the Malibu East residential building, but a good edition to the neighborhood.

I previously patronized a high-​priced salon on the Gold Coast and, the entire time. this wonderful salon was right next door! This is probably the best salon I have visited. Anna and Lili are treasures. Not only is this a friendly atmosphere, but it is the best haircut, color, and style I have had in many years. Prior to going here, I never had a manicure, but Lili is the best. My nails have never looked better. And, the prices are very reasonable. You would expect to pay a lot more for the quality of this work. Both Anna and Lili are extremely professional and personable. As long as I live here and Sheridan Hair and Body Studio is around, I am there!

I’ve lived across the street from this shop (located in the middle, lower street level of the Malibu EAST building, in the Captain’s Walk Mall) for 5+ years and just never thought of it until I realized that the other nail shops in the neighborhood were disgusting (why would anyone put carpeting in a nail shop?); and one shop that I **had** been going to – and liked – disappointed me the last 3 times I went, which it is now closed.
I stopped in SHB to get a price… pedicure: $ 30…and to scope out its cleanliness: High grades on both! Anna, the owner was pleasant and very informative. When I took a card instead of making an appointment right away, she was still pleasant as I said «good bye».
At the appointment I made a few days later, I was introduced to Lili (reads Lily), the manicure and pedicure **artist**…let me say right off the bat:
***Lily Gave Me Theeeee Best Pedicure I’ve Gotten In The Last 10 Years!!!” Really!!! No exaggeration!
I’m one of those pedicure customers who is a nightmare because I’m SOOO fussy about how my feet are handled, whether it be for medical concerns or aesthetic concerns… I’m not mean, but I micro-​manage every movement — and I make that clear at the beginning of an appointment.
At this first appointment, I gave Lili my speech, she listened calmly, then pointed out all the sanitary processes she utilizes, as well, mentioned that she used to be in the medical field. Although that quelled my concerns to a point, I was still of the «Show Me» attitude.
WELL, 2 weeks later, the trimming of my toe nails are still perfect and comfortable… I do a great deal of walking and anything UNcomfortable would have shown up by now. As well, about 6 weeks previous to this appointment I had had been to a podiatrist in the neighborhood and the trim job he did was horrible (THAT I don’t get!!!)…and I’m so happy every time I look down at my cute toes!
While Lili was working her artistry on my toes, a woman whom I regularly see working at the Dominick’s store walked in for her nail appointment… THAT was an unspoken endorsement right there!
I’ll be back again and again and again and again…

They are just terrible at customer service. Will never go there again.

This is an outstanding business. It has been in the Malibu Condominium buildings for years. Anna, the owner, and Lydia, her manicurist and pedicurist take great pride in their work. They are very friendly and professional. They adhere to appointments and do not run late. When you call in to make an appointment, they are honest, and let you know what they can and can’t do. This ensures a very consistent experiences for each customer.
The cost for a men’s haircut and manicure/​pedicure is $ 61. I always tip. They are wonderful.
They don’t accept credit cards, so plan ahead. However, this is what helps keep costs down and allows them to provide outstanding service.

The polish is beautiful, I forget the name (I never heard of it) and the technician, I think Lily? She did an excellent job. I’m surprised that I am the first review (I think the clients want to keep it a secret)? But if you are looking for a salon that is clean, attentive and uses good quality polish, you need to know about this salon.
