After an incredibly unprofessional comment was made to me at Cosmo Prof on MIlwaukee Ave. in Logan Square I started getting products for my business from Salon Centric instead, even though it is further from me then Cosmo Prof, it’s worth it. The employees here are always really friendly and knowledgeable and I like their nail product selection better!

The rudest desk staff in the business. Absolutely no reason for someone in a customer facing/customer service role to be rude, as the front desk associate is here. She is confrontational and aggressive and my salon staff have had multiple run-ins with her. In addition, she is rude to other customers whenever we are there. On one visit she got into a screaming match with a guest trying to make a return, accusing her of «using the product wrong».

Slow evil rude beauty school dropouts. They don’t even acknowledge me standing at register. I wish cosmoprof sold same products as I’d never come back here ever again. Perhaps it’s just this location idk,

I am from WI and I was hoping that this salon centric had more nail products than in WI. I was disappointed because it was the same but that’s not exactly what I’m upset about. I’m more upset at their employees. Well I can’t say all, I only spoke to one but she had an awful attitude. Very foul. And she wasn’t informative about products! I kept asking her about certain products, she couldn’t answer any of them and not only that she was answering them while looking down at a magazine. I was looking forward to buying products but because of the foul attitude I couldn’t even deal. But thanks anyway! I’m good with staying here where I feel a bit more welcomed.
