Best smoothies around. Fresh fruit. Great service too, they remember my usual order as soon as I walk in the door.

I have been to many yogurt places in Chicago and this ones beats them all. Great customer service, great price, and most of all the greatest tasting yogurt. The owners go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your visit and it makes you want to keep coming back.

Needed a later evening fresh juice fix after a crazy-busy day of work– i.e. I forgot to eat all day and needed vegetables STAT! — so ordered from this Red Mango(on Milwaukee) using grubhub. Super easy, super fresh, really fast with a very nice delivery guy. Grateful to have found this place and know I’ll be reordering from their many different options/customizable menu again in the near future!

I have been eating Red Mango for at least 2 years so I know the great quality and freshness that you find in each ingredients. But today, red mango betrayed me My husband and I stopped today for our usual cup of frozen yogurts with lots of everything. The only thing we changed this time was the location, we usually go to Skokie but since we were around Wicker Park we decided to stop here. So this little story starts with a new flavor we decided to try, I believe is Rasperry Sorbet. Me and my husband had the same sorbet and we both added our different variety of fruits & we walked happily out of there. Though as this story sounds very pleasant we never thought it would end with a horrible ending. We both got sick! I don’t understand why! I have got to recognize that the sorbet was a little weird and sloshy but we never thought this little thing would made our whole afternoon a constant fight for turns to the bathroom. From now on we’re sticking to Skokie location. Oh Red Mango, why? :(

Absolutely disgusting and the worst service I’ve ever had in the history of using Grub Hub. Ordered food at 7:30 didn’t receive until 9:05. Ordered two milkshakes and a soup. After an hour, we called Red Mango to see the status of our order. They told us our food was done and they were waiting on the delivery driver. The girl on the phone sounded completely confused. I get a call about 20 minutes later from the driver telling us he’d be there in 5 minutes. He didn’t arrive for 15 more minutes. The milkshakes were completely melted and they did not even give us straws. Took a small sip of the smoothie after having it in the freezer and it was just completely unedible. Watery and one of the worst things I have ever tasted. The soup was cold and bland. A COMPLETE waste of money. Don’t ever order from here. For two smoothies and a small soup, I was charged $ 26.00… absolutely ridiculous.

I have been going to Red Mango for years and I am always pleased with the service and food items. They not only have frozen yogurt but they also have delicious soups, chips, smoothies, fresh detox juices, iced coffee, etc. Jackie at the Wicker Park location is always very helpful and friendly to the customers.

I really had to go to the bathroom so while I was there I wanted to get a smoothie. I got a berry banana freeze. The cashier was really friendly but the people making my smoothie took a long time. I waited for 15 minutes, which seems longer than what I’m used to. They did apologize for the wait. So nice people but slow service.

Methinks not is right. Today I ordered two cups of soup, a small house salad, and two beverages for lunch for a coworker and myself. I placed my Grub Hub order at 12:03 pm. I understand that sometimes these orders can take a few minutes to process so I wasn’t overly annoyed that the estimated delivery time was 1:04 pm. By 1:15 I was famished and my patience wearing thin that such a small order was taking so long I decided to call the restaurant. I received no answer. I took to Grub Hub to find out what was going on. After a quick chat the customer service rep informed me that she was able to get in touch with the store. She explained that it had not been sent out with the delivery, and that they weren’t sure when they would be able to get it to me. What? My biggest frustration is not that no one bothered to reach out to me, it’s that the delivery driver could not have been any more put off to deliver my food 45 minutes late. He walked into the office, set the bags on the receptionist’s desk, and read the total to her. No apology for the delay, not even a hello. He rolled his eyes when we didn’t tip him the amount we planned and stomped off without saying a word. On top of that, my soup was barely room temperature(good enough once I reheated it) and my salad was warm and covered in soggy croutons. So not worth the hour and forty five minutes it took to get to my face, or the $ 27 I spent on it. Buyer beware.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Whatever manager was on duty Dec. 30 did a horrible job taking ownership for the mistakes made by their employee. I ordered ice cream for delivery with chocolate on the SIDE(for my boyfriends order) because I’m allergic and these jerks put it on top and then wouldn’t even refund for the full price of the ice cream. What a total crock of crap! I work in the service industry and would be ashamed to treat a customer the way I was treated and frankly I would be disgusted if my management didn’t refund, or at least fixing the issue for a mistake caused on our end. One of the owners ended up refunding my money. Which was appreciated. They still tried telling me that the employee was following my orders and I should’ve specified being allergic. I mean asking for something on the side is specification enough in my eyes. I’ll bump to 2 stars for refund, but I still won’t ever order or return to this specific location. There are too many other froyo joints I’d rather give my business to.

This is an update to my previous review as I was recently informed that there was a cooler malfunction and, in fact, the Yogurt formula has not changed. This is a great location and they really care about their customers. The cashiers are always friendly when I’ve visited. I’ve also learned that the price is different amongst locations due to rent/location. Red Mango continues to be my favorite frozen yogurt by far and I visit this location almost exclusively, so that won’t change!

This place is filthy. There was dirty water puddles everywhere, half dried. My shoes are still sticky from walking through that floor. It wasn’t raining so the mystery remains: where in the hell did all that water come from? The trays at the bottom of the taps were filled with dried yogurt that apparently had been sitting there all day. Seriously, how can a place that serves anything edible be so dirty? Flies were buzzing around. The place was dead, why not go out there and mop the floors and clean the machines? Tip: when you see people walk in, look around and notice how filthy the place is and walk out, you should probably start cleaning. Two cups and the total was nearly $ 14 dollars. What a complete rip off.

As a Red Mango addict, I have been to almost every location in a 20 mile radius! This one though, is special. The staff is amazing, particularity the man who I assume is the owner or manager. He is always welcoming and accommodating. If they don’t have your favorite flavor, chances are if you ask him about it he will add it to the list of rotations. Although the shop is a smaller than the ones in the suburbs they still have a pretty good variety of toppings and fresh fruit. This is my favorite location in the city!

Today red mango is out of carrots and apples… this eliminates a great portion of their juice and smoothie menu and they’ve offered no other ideas. I found a carrot/apple free option and they forgot to make it.
