I called in my part that I need for my furnace part# and they said they had it in stock. I came in showed them a picture of it with serial# part# all the info you needed to get it and they gave me the wrong part. But before I left I had asked if they would take it back and they yes no problem. I brought it back an hour later and they told me it would take 4 days to get the right one I then told them I would get it online in 1 day. They then said there is a 30% restocking fee which was in small print on the bottom of the receipt. This is a shady way of doing business and I hope they go out of business.
