Had these guys knocking on my door to my rental house daily. n Yes, it needed work. I got a few other quotes though, because I detest scam artists soliciting for work. Decided though to go ahead with Provident, met with Jorge and signed my agreement. The work was done haphazardly. None of the employees knew or acknowledged english. they broke lights, they caused a faulty wiring to short, they used my A/C for a step ladder. I signed in Sept. Work was not complete until Jan. 2016. I was told I would have a Warranty by the day after my final payment(which I should have held due to service) and that was on 1÷7÷2016. today I am told to file it myself on the siding website. the Owner –Freddy Carbahal did not work with me, he tried to talk down to me, he made promises he never kept, he evidently deleted emails and text from me, as he said he never heard from me even though I have a record of all contact.(12 times to be exact). He sure cashed my check fast though and since, he has done nothing but say he is working on it. If I could give them a minus star.

I became aware of Provident Restoration when a Chevy pick-up truck with their sign on the side forced it’s way into the far left lane of the I-90 while I was on my motorcycle. Fortunately, I was paying enough attention to avoid the death or serious injury that Provident Restoration’s pick-up truck almost inflicted upon me, though it required briefly riding on the shoulder. I then watched Provident Restoration’s pick-up cut off approximately 1 car every 10 seconds as the driver weaved between lanes and tailgated while traveling far in excess of the speed limit. I hope that Provident Restoration’s work is safer than their driving. Such reckless behavior while boldly displaying their company name makes me question the judgement of whomever was driving.
