Surprisingly my boyfriend introduced me to the lovely ladies at Prestige Nails & Spa. His mother comes here and swears by it. Dolly and the owner — Pham are such sweethearts. Since I just got a new Unilocal I figured I’d give them a shoutout as they’re always excellent and provide quality service. Been coming here for a few months now and they never fail to take care of my weak bitten nails.

Undoubtedly the best nail salon I’ve ever been to. The women are so sweet, they do a phenomenal job exert single time, and they are so quick! I would recommend this salon to anyone.

I was introduced to this nail salon by my twin sister about a year ago and I absolutely love the service I receive from my favorite manicurist!!! I usually receive a no chip manicure about every two weeks and my nails are always super neat and fabulous and the atmosphere is always welcoming. I would recommend anyone to this nail salon!

I had a gel manicures one today by one of the nail technicians Dolly. This salon is clean and spacious. I was greeted promptly with a smile and led to a table right away. They have a wonderful selection of colors and my nails look beautiful. Dolly took great care to be gentle in removing my old gel polish and cleaning my cuticles perfectly. I just moved to Chicago a month ago, I think I found my official spot!

I made an appointment at 11:30 am, same day for a pedicure and manicure. The location of the salon is very convenient for anyone who works in the Financial District. I arrived promptly at 11:30 am, pick out my colors and took a seat in a pedicure chair. The woman who completed my services was polite, and more importantly, worked very fast and did a great job. I was in and our in less than an hour. My only compliant is that the manicurist was a little «rough.» I can’t fault her though — I had not had a pedicure in several months so I’d imagine I was looking rough down there.

It is pretty spacious, clean and the ladies are so friendly!
T is the name of the lady who did my nails and she is now officially my go-​to girl! she did an amazing job shaping my real nails into a coffin shape!
I hate having long nails and dreaded the idea of having to get acrylics if I wanted to try the shape but T delivered on my natural nails!
She is also fun to talk to! I highly recommend this place :)

Walked in here after work on a Wednesday and someone was able to see me right away for a pedicure. The place is pretty big and very clean. There are also lots of colors to choose from. I liked that even though it is in the lobby of a large building, the blinds were closed and it felt more private instead of having everyone stare at you as they are leaving the office. The pedicure was $ 27 which seems like a normal price in the loop and west loop area. The only thing was the pedicure was pretty quick. I sat down at around 5:20 and was completely done and drying by 5:40. I think I would come back again for a quick, reasonably priced pedi, but not for a relaxing time.

Found this place on Unilocal and so happy I did. Right next to my office so it was perfect to go to during my lunch break. Made an appointment at noon for a no chip mani and regular pedicure and was able to walk out an hour later! Perfect!
The décor of the place is great with their red velvet chairs.
The staff is so nice. I had Kay today and she did my nails and toes perfectly!

I love this place! Pham (the owner) is a perfectionist and always does a killer job with my gel nails. I have been to other techs there as well, and they all do a great job. I’ve gotten pedis, no-​chip manis, and gel nails here, and have never been disappointed.

This location advertises that they open at 9am via Unilocal and the signage on the door, however I arrived promptly at 9am and was not serviced. There was a technician working on someone else’s nails which was incredibly frustrating.
She explained that there’s new ownership and that the time changed. I’m not an unreasonable person, so I get that that things can change. The frustration occurs when you have a sign that says 9am, Unilocal indicates 9am, and I spoke to someone a week prior and they also said, 9am.
Customer service is paramount and this salon is lacking.

I had a basic mani and pedi here during lunch. They girls were very friendly and quick. They even did both at the same time so I can get back to work quickly. The price is what you expect for downtown but the convince is what did it for me. I’m to sure for the other services but for what I needed they did a good job.
