This order was frustrating and all wrong. First off there were multiple different menu prices online, their website and even different in print. So I went off the online menu price, then asked why it was a higher bill. Then they were like yeah it’s $ 3 dollars a topping for a large. After leaving I found that this is wrong even on the menu he handed me with the pizza. Then I get home and they gave us the wrong crust. 47.00 for 2 medium pizzas. Horribly mediocre. For 2.25 per topping you’d think they’d put ample toppings on? Pizza Hut does a better job for significantly less. There is no wow factor for the price you pay. However the delivery was super fast, hence the two stars.

Just had my pizza delivered off of GrubHub. I was told it would be an hour, but it arrived in 30 minutes, so I’m giving them kudos for being prompt. The pizza itself is completely devoid of flavor & the smell… It’s like a dirty gym bag wafting through my apartment. I don’t intend to order from here again.

I ordered a beef sandwich waited over an hour, and got an ice cold hamburger instead. So I called them and they said oh we’re out of beef. Okay well you can’t just send someone a hamburger instead, that’s not how that works. Maybe you could have called me and asked what i wanted instead. Obviously. Idiots.

This honestly would be Zero stars if I could. A $ 35.00 large pizza that was completely inedible. The crust had the texture of sandpaper and had the consistency of something that has been reheated in a microwave several times. It was impossible to chew, let alone swallow. At $ 3.50 per topping, you’d think you’d be able to find them. Tasteless sauce. I witnessed several of my guests leaving their first piece uneaten on their plates. We threw the entire pizza in the dumpster. This is unacceptable pizza at any price, but for $ 35.00, it’s criminal.

Made the mistake of ordering two Asian salads from a pizza joint. The salads were small and terrible and came in a foam box. Also, the 10 «chicken bites» I ordered were supermarket nuggets. These three items came to $ 51 with delivery and when the salads arrived, there was no chicken on them. The delivery was fast and the guy apologized for the missing chicken and refunded exactly $ 4 off the tab — $ 2 for each salad — tacky.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. When I ordered online, I set two separate instructions to NOT RING the doorbell. Seriously, in all caps twice, «.do not ring the doorbell no matter what…» Low and behold the delivery driver gets here and I heard the doorbell ring. This wouldn’t be an issue if it weren’t for the separate family that lives upstairs, and not to mention they’re also my employer. The pizza was warm I guess but when I called to clear up the confusion, the employee said there was no manager present, was really rude, and kept trying to get me off the phone. Corporate needs to visit and burn this place to the ground.

I don’t even know how to feel about this place. We ordered pizza at 1AM, and TEN minutes later our doorbell rang. That confused the hell out of me. The pizza crust was a sad excuse, like a carb pillow that’s just there and doesn’t contribute any flavor. Ugh, not ordering from here again.

We order Papa Romeo’s more than I’d care to admit. Is consistently delicious and arrives hot. We live in West Loop and delivery never takes more than an hour. Pro tip to people complaining about pizza not being delivered quickly: you’re most likely ordering pizza when every other drunk ass on your block is. Don’t be shocked when the wait is an hour and a half.

Read the reviews, this place is a joke.
I ordered off Grubhub and usually do not have a bad experience through them, but I am wriging a review through every channel just so no one else is a victim.
I tipped in advance (mistake). An XL one topping pizza cost me $ 30 with tip and delivery and took 2 hours to deliver (I live under a mile away). It came in cold and bland and was way worse quality than a $ 5 Little Caesers Hot N Ready.
Do yourself a favor and get a pizza from Subway before you go to this place.

More than 1.5 hours for a pizza? Don’t bother.
Placed our order at 12.03 and still waiting– it’s 1.26am and when we call the restaurant they are closed so we have no idea what is happening. Seamless just says «it’s on the way» which isn’t really comforting as it’s been on the way for over an hour.
Sorry I can’t comment on the food but don’t order from here if you are hungry.

So. went there the other night with girlfriend. needless to say we were hungry but not starving. See outside. the promo flier says «by slice» we get all excited and go inside. The guy inside says pizza by slice is only available at some random hour like 11 — 3 on weekdays!

seeing the prices off their menu we decide to order a small pizza for 16 bucks PLUS taxes AND TIP.
wait for what seemed like an eternity and finally the guy calls us and we see our order. What happened next and I shit you not. was the SMALLEST pizza I have seen in my life.
Imagine a penny and then imagine if the miniature Lincoln came out of that penny and tried to make a pizza for his entire family. and then took the pizza and went inside the penny again. it would STILL be bigger than what I paid 20 dollars to eat at papa romeo.
