This place is Amazing. I ordered online and accidentally put anchovies on my Pizza so when it arrived I was like OmG i dont want this. The manager made me a new one with no problem.
We LOVE the Breadsticks and My Kids LOVE this Pizza! They always deliver within 30 minutes to my house and the Pizza is ALWAYS Hot. And their Chocolate Chip cookie pizza is soooooo good. We put Vanilla Ice Cream on top.
I know its not Gino’s East but they have decent Pizza at e great price!!! They have great deals if you use the Papa John’s App :)

I should’ve checked Unilocal first.
Ordered at 6:55pm on a Monday (today). Was finally delivered at 8:11pm.
Called after 50 mins (was giving him the benefit of the doubt…) and guy on the phone was nice. Said it’d be 3−6min. Ok…11 min later and guy’s finally here.
Hesitantly open pizza box to see the sauces SMUSHED into the cheese sticks. See pics.
Yeah um this is disgusting. Never again.

Got a call from the manager of Papa John’s today. I explained my situation and he was very understanding and told me that I should have gotten a replacement pizza that day, and he’s going to inform his staff of the correct Papa John’s policy about wrong orders. He credited a replacement pizza to my account and apologized. I am glad we got to resolve this issue and how courteous he was! Hope his attitude can rub off on his associates!

Ordered a pizza online got an email saying 30 – 40 minutes. I let 50 minutes pass then I call. The guy confirms my address and says its leaving now it will be there in 5. Let’s say when he says 5 he means 15. Never again.

LOWER GRADE INGREDIENTS, LOWER GRADE PIZZA, PAPA JOHNS!
There are so many good local pizza places in the are, I don’t know why I gave this a shot. Pizza was so greasy, you’d think they dump 2 cups of oil in the pan to start the process (probably do). The crust is so dull and lifeless, it really puts the nail in their coffin.

I don’t know what happened to this location. Quality dropped and when they say your pizza will be ready in 20 minutes, what they really mean is an hour 10 minutes. Yeah. Ordered through the app, allowed 30 minutes and STILL ended up waiting 40 minutes in store. I don’t know what’s going on here. But they need to fix it immediately.

Ordered a pizza online at 6.40pm. Got an email saying 30 – 40 minutes. Called after an hour to inquire and was told 10 more minutes. It came 20 minutes later. That’s 80 minutes. Pizza was not warm enough to call lukewarm. It was edible. Won’t be using them again.

Great customer service! Called to attempt to cancel my online order, couldn’t do it because the gentleman who answered the phone was TOO sweet! (I felt bad for ordering delivery 20mins before close, reassured me it wasn’t a problem at all)

The «manager of the store» had no clue about a Unilocal deal. Also, the specials are sometimes a better deal than this deal. And Papa Johns pizza tastes worse than Dominoes and Pizza Hut

In our first time ever ordering from Papa John’s online, we came away with the impression that we should never order again from Papa John’s online.
We place our order at 6:50. We finally received the order at 8:10, after being told 30 – 40 minutes. A call to the restaurant around 7:30 yielded a terse «He was backed up and just leaving» statement, along with the assurance we were getting a free 2-​liter. OK, how bout just my pizza on-​time instead. The driver got there, and was just standing on the street. I had to walk down three flights of stairs and meet him at our door. To add insult to injury, the pizza was kind of warm, not anywhere closet to hot.
